  On vacation with my wife. Go to check in and slow and smells. Had reservations and they took people with no reservations ahead of me. Then people were able to lower the price down with the receptionist. Getting room for 130dollars when I paid over 200 a night! Checked in and room was dirty smelly and noisy. Couldn't sleep. Checked out first thing in the morning. Even though had booked it for 2 more nights. They wouldn't even honor a refund for the 2 nights when I know they were going to just rent out same room cause it was a weekend and double down money on that room! Hard enough to make a living now a days and be able to take a vacation once a year if your lucky. But to get taken by a place that shouldn't even be open to the public and be inspected and shut down for many reasons. Really disappointed with ownership. If you do something in the wrong you should own up to it and fix it. Hope your proud of yourself knowing that you are taking advantage of people. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

  No microwave to warm up anything. Clean room not much of a view from this room but heard there are rooms with better views.

  I was very disappointed in the 'upgraded' room we were given by the nice gentleman at the desk. The bathroom had not been sufficiently cleaned, if at all, and there was still fecal material on the toilet seat. I would have gone down and said something, but I was in too desperate need of the toilet after such a long drive. Our new room also put us next to the elevators, so we got to listen to everyone's conversations, if we wanted to or not. Additionally, one of the reasons this hotel was chosen was because of the pool. Unfortunately, one step into the pool room and even my young son exclaimed that it didnt smell good. To me it smelled quite a bit like cat urine. The TV in our room was difficult to watch as the signal was so poor and there were not nearly as many channels as suggested. It was almost as if the signal had been split so many times it was significantly degraded. This may seem trivial, but when trying to relax it is disappointing. Even with the great location of this hotel I can't recommend it and we will not be staying again. The lack of hygiene is a step way to far for our family.

  Our experience at the hotel was horrible. Upon arrival, the lobby smelled horribly of body odor. When checking in, we quickly realized the smell was coming from the staff. The hallways of the hotel also smelled of a combination of cigarette smoke and body odor. We had a hole in the floor of our room, the bathroom door did not close, there were stains on the sheets, and our shower was filled with 30+ little bugs. When we asked to switch rooms we were told they couldn't do that, but would send someone to kill the bugs. The man who arrived to kill the bugs had the most offensive body odor, and left his stench lingering in our room for hours. He killed the bugs by squirting them with windex, but the next morning the shower was filled with bugs again. We had to use the shower in a friends room to avoid showering with the bugs.
