  Eagle Mountain House was our wedding venue! Every single one of our guests loved everything the hotel had to offer, from the food to the location! The staff is amazing to work with! We loved our stay

  Had a great stay. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: Free pet stay, with pet-friendly rooms on the lower level that have direct backyard access. Friendly staff, great location, peaceful with beautiful views, and close to the White Mountains while avoiding the crowds and high hotel prices in Conway. Good breakfast, reasonable rates, and the hotel is old but clean. Cons: The hotel is older and has a dated style. If you're looking for a modern hotel, this may not be the best fit.

  If I could give this location 6 stars I would. The location is superb with a sprawling view of mountains and woodlands, to the stunning hotel itself with beautiful rooms. The service we got here though is what made the stay so great. The staff were warm friendly and accommodating to us and our dog and made every effort possible for us to have our dog with us when we ate. From the minute we walked in u til the moment we walked out we felt welcome and taken care of. We will be back! Oh and did I mention the epic waterfall that’s a 2 minute drive from the house!

  Not overly impressed with the room that we stayed in. The service was okay, and the location was good. The lobby area was comfortable and inviting.

  Anyone feeling nostalgic about the past might like the old inn. Nostalgia fades soon after checking in. The elevator is old world with double doors that you open manually (good luck if your hands are full) as the first door is on a spring and closes as you are entering. They have a pool but June 10th it is still closed, even thought it is 90 degrees. My 10 year old grandson was disappointed. They have a game room, but as I mentioned it is 90 degrees outside and the thermostat shows 85 degrees in the game room, it's humid and no AC. The rooms base board radiator, in the middle where two pieces of the cover meet , there was no cover and and it was just hanging. Very easy for a child to cut themselves if the hit it with their foot. I was charged 50 dollars for a amenity fee. I had a standard two full size beds room. I didn't use the pool, golf, or anything else. Must be for the hot game room, as it was hot and humid as a sauna. Will I ever stay there again. It's a definite NO.
