  Great location with spacious rooms and very nice TV. Friendly staff, hearty breakfast and quiet despite being close to the interstate. I would recommend this hotel for a good night's sleep and enjoyable breakfast before hitting the road again.

  I simply cannot express my extreme satisfaction to the staff at Sidney Best Western. My mom and I stayed there 3 nights for my son's wedding. Katie went out of her way to change mom's room to a handicap room and all was well. However, after the wedding my mom had a medical emergency and ended up with an ambulance and a stay at the Sidney hospital for 2 days. The hotel staff jumped into action! They extended my "wedding rate" for another 2 nights, left both rooms alone while we were at the hospital the day we were supposed to check out, and even made me a breakfast plate for a friend to deliver to the hospital. They seemed almost as concerned about my mom as I was. This hotel is an incredible Best Western. Great location (just off the highway, near Wal-Mart, Maverick, and a number of restaurants). It's a super-clean hotel with an exceptional full breakfast. The hot tub was clean and hot and a welcome respite from all of the "excitement" of our stay. Again, every staff member went out of their way to be helpful. I would absolutely 100% recommend anyone stay at the Sidney Best Western.

  Nice enough hotel. Not positive they give rewards points. May not go back. They serve a great breakfast BUFFET, which generally means eat what you want. Well, Im on dietary restrictions that includes no carbs, and I'm allergic to eggs. So I ate bacon. As soon as I sat down, this couple was staring at me. (I was the only person there) I mean like rubbrerneck staring. They were not eating, so I couldn't figure it out. I got a little more bacon: there was plenty in the pan. As soon as I left the counter, the woman marched over, lifted the lid, looked over her shoulder at me. Looked at the guy and shrugged her shoulders as she waved her arms in the air. They continued to stare at me until I was so uncomfortable I left. Turns out, they fix the breakfast. Now. I did not eat even half the bacon. I did NOT eat or drink any of the other provided breakfast. But I honestly felt run out of the motel. Was I wrong to eat the type of food my dietary restrictions allow? If you dont eat breakfast, go to the newly remodeled Super 8 for 1/2 the price. I did!

  I wasn’t sure about this place when we first drove up. It seemed a little scruffy, not in the best repair. But inside I found a place that was warm, kind, and comfortable. Ignore the occasional cracks in the linoleum, and appreciate the big room, comfortable bed, and genuinely gracious people who are there to make you feel welcome. I really needed a happy stop on our long journey cross country, and this was it.
