  Guests were yelling at the breakfast service lady, no manager went to help or see if she was okay. Pool was cold, no hot tub.

  I wasn’t super impressed with our stay. We checked in late with Michael, he was very rude and short. I stood there for 10 min in silence as he was clearly irritated by his body language and huffing and puffing. After the 10 min awkward silence I asked if everything was okay, he then replied “No” and said nothing else and then I asked more questions, it was like pulling teeth. He then informed me that the room that I had booked was not available and he didn’t know how I was able to book it. I said that’s okay is there rooms available still? We had drove 4 hours with two small kids and needed to get them to bed. He then moved us into a room with a king bed and a pull out couch which was fine. There was a problem with my payment method which was not his fault, we got it figured out but he was completely rude and impatient the entire time I was trying to figure things out. He was acting like everything was an inconvenience to him. Did not mention or thank me for being an IHG member once. Once we got into our room and settled in we went to pull out the couch bed and it was broken, the mattress was gross with stains and marker all over it. My husband then went back down stairs to figure out the issue because we needed enough room for 2 adults and 2 kids in which we booked for. Michael was unpleasant and rude to him and was acting like it was an inconvenience for him to fix the issue. The room smelled weird, there was banging through the ceiling all throughout the night that kept waking us all up. The positive things were the breakfast was okay, the hot food was good but we had gotten a chocolate milk that wasn’t expired yet by the date but was clearly expired and chunky which made my husband sick. The only positive thing was the gentleman in the evening working was very nice and attentive, I wish I would’ve caught his name. And the lady who was working the front desk in the mornings was very kind and had great customer service and thanked me for being an IHG member. All and all, I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it here, we won’t be back to this location.

  Perfectly located right next to the Liberty First Arena, lots of parking, well lit location. Hotel is clean, welcoming, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

  Definitely needs to be renovated. My shower was stained, the room walls were pretty beat up, and the curtains were partially falling down. The bed was hard as plywood. The lobby had a stale smell mixed with body odor the entire time I stayed. The price of the room should have reflected the condition of the hotel. Won't stay here in the future regardless of its convenient location.

  I called to cancel my reservation before they could even charge me. They said no big deal since they hadn’t taken payment yet. Proceeds to charge me and when i call back they just ignore me and tell me they can’t refund after payment even though they said they weren’t going too. Manager doesn’t care and ignores calls and says nothing he can do. Place is trash don’t recommend.
