Thank you to all to the staff for the amazing hospitality, the beds were soft and comfortable and the breakfast was great, lots to chose from!!!! We will definitely stay at this hotel when we visit the Omaha area!!! I would recommend this hotel if you're in the Omaha area!!! Tgank You again for your hospitality!!!
- LALazaro Adame4 days ago5.0I just want to say both Ms. Linda who does social hour & Diamond at the front desk both were super helpful. Both always went out of thier way to to make sure I had everything I needed. I stayed here for around a month for a job and they made it feel like home. Linda was always ready w/ a beer and a laugh when I got off work and back to the Hotel. Diamond she helped me find a room when someone canceled and I was having no luck. She would always check on me when i walked in and made sure I didnt need anything. These 2 women deserve a raise. They truly know what true hospitality is. Thanks for everything !!!!!!
- KGKarla GunnyonJun 24, 20261.0WELL I picked this hotel based upon I THOUGHT I could count on it to be a friendly place, I recently left a very bad abusive relationship came to this town had surgery n needed help which I had someone check me into the hotel for safety purposes, well turned out both the manager n the GM WERE SO VERY UGLY, RUDE AND EMBARRASSED NE IN FRONT OF OTHERS MOCKING MY SITUATION AND TREATED ME VERY BADLY! I DONT THINK ANY PERSON ESPECIALLY BEING IN THE HOSPITALITY BUSINESS, SHOULD N OR HAVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT ANYONE ESPECIALLY AN ABUSE VICTIM IN THE MANNER THAT I WAS TREATED! I AM STILL COMPLETELY DEVASTATED! SUCH DISRESPECT N HURTFUL COMMENTS THEN TOLD ME TO GET MY BAGS N LEAVE WHEN I DID NOTHING WRONG BUT SPEAK THE TRUTH! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF UR IN ANY WAY STRUGGLING OR WITH SOMEONE WHO IS BECAUSE SUPPORTING U WILL NOT HAPPEN!!! VERY VERY DISHEARTENING N DISAPPOINTED I WISH THERE WERE A LAW I COULD USE TO SUE THEM BECAUSE I WOULD!!!
