  Been coming here for several years. Nice place, it's primarily a business hotel (fiber/comms workers). You can live here not just stay here, I always book the 1 bedroom with separate living room, full sized fridge/freezer, cooktop and microwave, dishes provided. Everything you could need is a cross the street (target, bakers/Kroger, plenty of restaurants). Breakfast is on until 1030 on weekends, patio is super nice, any issues I had the staff are very understanding.

  I love that the bedroom is separate from the living/dining and kitchen. Very nice. Clean. Quiet. And it has a great breakfast!!!!

  We ended up here on accident, but we were very pleasantly surprised! We had reserved a different hotel, but they had oversold and sent us here. The lady at the check in was super nice, even when she had every right to be overwhelmed by all the people who were getting sent to her from the other hotel (the lobby was full of walk-ins from there). She even worked with us on the rate (the other hotel was cheaper). She went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. To me, that was top notch because none of this was Staybridge's responsibility or fault. Then we got up to our room and WOW, it was impressive! Clean, very comfortable, plenty of space, almost more like a small apartment rather than a hotel room. All in all, fantastic!! Thank you!!

  Muy limpio todo, hacen las Habitaciones a Diario, el personal muy Amable, los desayunos muy ricos y variados y las Cenas lunes . Martes y Miércoles son deliciosos. Recomiendo 100% este hotel Me Gustó Mucho.

  Outstanding service and truly caring staff I’d like to share a special thanks to the team at Staybridge Suites Omaha West, and especially to Tasha Kelly. During my stay, I faced an unexpected logistics issue involving an Amazon shipment and a UPS. Tasha went far above and beyond to help resolve the situation — including personally handling shipping details and ensuring everything was taken care of quickly and transparently. Her responsiveness, honesty, and genuine willingness to help made a stressful situation incredibly easy. This level of personal care and professionalism is rare and truly appreciated. It made a real difference and left a lasting positive impression. Highly recommend this hotel not only for the stay, but for the people behind it. Thank you again, Tasha!
