- AOAshley O'Hearn5 days ago1.0DANGEROUS!!!! Dresser FELL over onto our 5yo daughter and trapped her!!! NOT bolted to the wall at all. Hit her head and gave her a bruise on her face and shoulder. If she were a smaller child it would’ve been WAY worse. The bed is so hard and the pillows awful. There was some yellow stain stuck on and running down the wall and the nightstand hadn’t even been wiped down. After an awful nights sleep be ready to wake with the sun because the curtains give no darkness at all. Not to mention the air conditioner making a terrible noise on and off all night. Spend more money and get actual rest elsewhere.

She got a phone call two days before our trip that the current people in that king room wanted to keep the room and extend their stay and we are getting bumped to a queen room. So this to me is a very poor way to do bussiness, of course we canceled and will be staying at the Candlewood from now on since this staybridge is not reliable and can't do bussiness in a proper professional fashion, very bad form to hold our reservation for this long and then right before our trip start calling and texting that we being bumped to a queen when clearly the people in our king room should have been the ones to get bumped to the queen room. From what I'm seeing this hotel is being run very poorly and sloppy decision making, and happy to say we won't be back ever. 👎👎👎👎

All of the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was well-appointed and very clean. I had a one-bedroom suite and it was nice to have the extra space for work and sleep. The kitchen had all the necessary supplies. The hotel is located just down the road from a grocery store (Hy-Vee) and it was nice to have nearby. There are a couple of malls if you forgot anything. Will absolutely stay here again when I need to come back to Omaha.
- OOopinionMar 27, 20265.0Best kept secret in Omaha. Overall, my favorite extended stay hotel. Very livable. The amenities, the staff, the location. The little things are done in a way that I haven't found at any other extended stay hotel. The entire staff deserves a raise and recognition.
