  We had a great stay at Staybridge Omaha. We were welcomed by a smiling staff member who got us checked in speedily & happily gave us extra linens and towels for our room. We had a suite and the bed and sofa bed were both comfy. Room was clean and it had a HUGE bathroom, which was super nice! Another plus was the full size fridge in there! Breakfast every morning was delicious- better than most hotel breakfasts. Their pool was decent as well. A great place to stay with kids!!

  We’ve stayed here often when our daughter has appointments. Children’s is right across the street so it’s convenient. This time there was mold in the air vent. I didn’t notice it until we had fully unpacked and I got on a chair to close the bedroom vent and saw the black spots all over. It also explains why I started coughing a bunch while we were hanging out in the bedroom. They gave us a key to another room and at the moment we got the key, our supper showed up (which was expensive) The choice was to move rooms before eating in order to get our daughter in a better room (she has respiratory issues) By the time we packed everything and moved rooms, our food was still somewhat warm but also soggy. The food issue wasn’t directly the hotel’s fault but the room change definitely made it what it was. Our advice, avoid the first floor. Room 127 had the mold in the bedroom vent. Front desk = great but can’t give many stars based on the hassle and issues.

  It was horrible. There was kids above my room running and jumping from 10pm to 5:30am. The desk clerk said they addressed it, but it continued. IHG did not help at all basically said it was up to the hotel. They clerk Tony W. was extremely rude and did nothing. The morning to checkout after NO sleep the new clerk said she could do nothing, but give us 500 points, some guest are just rude. IHG has lost my buisness I've been a member for like 13 or 14 years this is the worst experience we have ever had.

  Front desk was friendly. Two different people on check in and check out. Room was in the best repait of any ive been in for awhile. Good selection for breakfast.

  WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED!!!!! WILL NEVER SAY AT ANOUTHER HOLIDAY INN OWNED MOTEL. Arrived on August 4th for family vacation had 2 one bedroom suites an1 two bedroom suite the first night the two bedroom suite was 74 degrees would not cool down they had nothing else available so they brought fans. The next day we were able to move to a different room. That room was 72 degrees within a few hours. The offered another room so my son and I went and checked the room out within30 minutes it was 72 degrees. I went down and told the desk clerk she informed me there were no other rooms so I informed her we were checking out. She gave me the managers phone number I tried to call twice that day and once left messages no returned phone calls. We went to another motel. I contacted holiday in corporate they contacted the motel and I recieved an email response that was a complete fabrication. That there were no problems with either rooms. I contacted our travel agent who recieved an email that they didn't know of any problems with our rooms. Called the manager a total of five time noresponce.
