  Try to book a three night stay and get the medical discounts from the medical facilities. We stay back in march of 2026, they lost are registrations. I will not stay there about rude people.

  Hello, My family and I stayed in a 2 room suite for the weekend of the Ironman, Jun 6-8 2026. We asked for a early check in, but the room wasn't ready until 3p due to cleaning. The cleanliness of the room was decent, but there were hairs on the shower wall and a hair tie in the soap dispenser. Several floor tiles were loose so we had to be careful. The big problem was we checked in and the room was 74 degrees. We set the 1 thermostat to 70 to cool it down but it didn't help. At 10 pm, it was still 74 degrees in the room so we called the front desk to report it. We were told that the air conditioning had frozen and there was nothing they could do that night. Early that morning the day manager messaged my wife that we could switch to another room. At that time we were busy with the Ironman and messaged back that we accepted the solution. When we finally were finished and returned around 1:30 the front desk stated that they rented the new room to another customer and that we would have to just stay put in our room with partial air conditioning. We will never stay at that place again and we are loyal IHG members!!

  La ubicación está bien pero el servicio y las habitación no muy bien reserve una habitación con dos camas queen para 5 personas y lo engañan a uno dicen que son camas queen pero en realidad son más pequeñas duerme uno súper incómodo aparte solicité una cobija extra y me dan una toda llena de motas en mal estado en realidad me voy súper decepcionada.

  I always stay at Staybridge hotels and enjoy my stays most generally. I really can't complain much.

  This hotel is a gem. It's in a good location, squeaky clean, modern, well maintained, provides a great free hot breakfast, and has excellent service. Dahlia at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful and appeared to be at the desk on every shift. She can work! In our experience including my wife's ever vigilant critical eye, a Staybridge is just as good as a Homewood Suites hotel for a lot less money. The Hy-Vee grocery store two blocks away is another plus. The deli has the largest selection of prepared meals I've ever seen! The quality of the food is way better than most restaurants, and at much lower prices.
