Room was comfortable and staff was nice to work with making reservation but I did experience no one at desk standing there waiting until housekeeper got them to help. Also I'm very surprised by no updates to waterpark for it's location and the rusted parts in bathroom also parking was challenging for in need of handicapped accessible when we checked in late at night

Oh my god. This place was amazing. The staff was even more amazing. Marcus was an absolute pleasure. And your lady who was serving with the colored hair and glasses was the sweetest lady I have ever met. The water park was amazing and my kids had a blast. We absolutely loved our stay here. And will be staying again

Yesterday we came and super excited because my nephew was going to swim I had book a room through a 3rd party vendor and there was no room booked for us. I got a little spicy because my 2 year old nephew was getting upset and my two sister were as well and Michele did an excellent job of calming us all down. Then they even brought another manager Jane into the issue. Well come to find out the 3rd party never booked the room and when I rebooked the room it was cheaper as a walk in. This is not the first time I have has issues with 3rd party vendors and I personally will be using the website for the hotel from now on. Because I had a confirmation email number and it had never been booked. I was luckily not charged and they had a room for us. But shame on that vendor The only reason we had an exceptional time was because of Michele and Jane. There compassion, kindness, and over all high level of professionalism with their customer service was truly something I couldn’t say enough about. These two women saved the day and a little boy had the time of his life. Thank you Michelle and Jane!

As an IHG member, I wish this hotel was better. Price point was good, but I think they could do better. When we entered they were kicking a gentleman out for trespassing? Not the hotels fault but more of a cautionary tell for parents. They seemed like they were short staffed. There was one gentleman running the restaurant and yogurt shop. The yogurt shop needs TLC. Coming from a mom with a kid with allergies, the toppings were a mess. I couldn’t safely give my child anything without risking cross contamination exposure. There was also an unattended child eating from the toppings containers with his hands. The restaurant was fine, underwhelming, but convenient location. Guests were seen visiting the water park with no shoes on, the floors were in questionable condition. The room was ok. There were definite areas of neglect, including the air conditioning and shower floor. Overall, it’s an ok place to stay. Personally we will not be staying here again. The potential for a great hotel is huge, but this one misses the mark. The staff that was working was friendly and helpful.

tabatha, amanda and kallie were so amazing and so helpful. they were so kind to us, hooked us up quick, no drama. Honestly, if I’m back in town, I’m posting up here again, no question.Yo, this place slapped. Queen suite was comfy, felt a little bougie but not trying too hard. they need a raise. also the house keepers are cool.
