  This is a terrible state absolutely unlike any Holiday Inn express I’ve ever been to. It was mold on the bathroom walls. There were stuff smeared on walls and door frames. The room had it odor chairs had cigarette burns in them terrible.

  Very strong musty smell, sheets feel damp. Bathroom looks like its half under construction. Dirty chair in room. Staff are nice. Front area looks modern than our room was pretty beat up. Furniture beat up and mismatched like it was a garage sale. Disappointed

  Great location rooms are clean although I must mention the first room did have mold in bathroom ceiling.. They changed our room with no issues. Breatfast was good and the staff has been very polite.

  Worst Holiday Inn Express I have EVER been in. Brought 6 people for business and 3 rooms for 4 nights. Price was cheap but I meant to book the other one only a mile or 2 away which is nice and new. This hotel has not been renovated recently. Its old. Its rundown. It gets no maintenance. No fresh towels over 4 nights. Its wet. Not sure how its more humid in the hotel than outside. Pool closed. Everything dirty. Everything stained. How the hell at 8am can you not have cinnamon rolls out. Thats like the whole point of the breakfast here. This is an ownership and management failure at all levels. AC set on 60 and it wont dip below 73 in the room but certainly will cycle the AC. Mold in multiple areas in the bathroom and around the AC. Thank God this is our last night. DO NOT STAY HERE. **EDIT 1000% HAS BED BUGS I HAVE BITES ALL OVER

  Upon packing up to leave, I discovered the room had BLACK MOLD all over the wall and carpet by the AC unit! Right next to where my young children (including an 8 week old baby) slept for 2 nights. This is a serious health issue and this room should be taken out of commission until this issue is properly and professionally fixed. Another person in our group staying in a different room also had black mold on the ceiling of their shower. On top of that, our bathroom, particularly the shower area, is falling apart. This could potentially be another health/sanitation issue. Lastly, my husband found mold on an English muffin at breakfast. The breakfast area was also very dirty. Stains on most of the chairs, dirty tables, and had to wait at least 10 mins for the eggs to be refilled. The customer service was also below par. No one acknowledged us as we entered or exited the hotel multiple times. There was no bedding in the room for the pull out bed. If we purchase a room for 4 people with only 1 regular bed I shouldn't have to go down to the front desk to ask for that & then carry it up to the room myself. Also, we asked the front desk if hot water was available and were told no. The next day at breakfast we discover there is hot water via the coffee machine. Felt like none of the workers cared to be there. I contacted corporate regarding a refund due to the mold issue and they stated they can't do anything, only the hotel GM can. I emailed the hotel GM and got a generic response (much like the generic responses to the reviews here) and no refund! Learned our lesson and will never again stay at any Holiday Inn hotel.
