  I stayed here compliments of an airlines voucher for a cancelled flight. I arrived at 2:30AM and the rep behind the desk couldn’t find my Southwest voucher. He graciously said I could spend the night and we’d figure it out on the morning. By the morning they had sorted it out without any additional trouble on my end. The rooms were nice and clean and they had a wonderful breakfast. The desk staff were beyond courteous, even calling me an uber ride to and from the airport. Thank you Holiday Inn!

  Nice comfortable hotel. It's a good 20-25 minute walk to the old market area and there is not too much directly around the hotel. Staff did not say anything about the complimentary shuttle when checking in and did not see it advertised. Also, there is a big advertisement in the lobby for zen coffee company across the street but would not recommend it. The grove wellness cafe is once block away and much better.

  The management arbitrarily shakes down PAYING guests on the property for identification and when they don't like the way that you react to being accosted and followed in a parking lot by a total stranger in an unfamiliar setting, they call the police to kick you out. So you are SPENDING MONEY to be treated with suspicion and like a criminal! Where was the management when it took me 20 minutes just to check in because there was only one employee at the front desk? Probably out harassing their customers in the parking lot!

  We’ve had such a wonderful stay at the Holiday Inn! Karre made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. She was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating during check-in. Lisa was equally wonderful—so caring and attentive, and genuinely wanted to make sure our stay and breakfast experience were the best they could be. We are here for a wedding and our stay has truly been a delight. Lisa and Karre are wonderful examples of great hospitality and made our experience even better. Thank you both!

  Reserved a king suite for our wedding weekend. I chose the option that I believed was a larger room and had a tub as I have smaller children. I even called ahead to confirm the amount of any additional fees and was told there would be nothing more than the amount of the reservation. When we arrived, we found the hotel is NOT EVEN REMOTELY in the Old Market… it’s in Midtown, parking was NOT free despite already having to pay for a room and the main lot is so tiny it was full by the time we returned at 9pm… there WAS an additional deposit, the room had a walk in shower not a tub, there was no bedding for the pull out, the room itself was small. MOST of the photos that I reasonably assumed pertained to this location were absolutely not from this location. Disappointing. And i got roped into being a “rewards member” By a sales person who refused to listen and would talk over me. Never again Holiday Inn. None of this review will make up for what’s happened to my wedding weekend…. But hopefully someone else reads the reviews before booking at this hotel.
