- WPWill Paul5 days ago1.0Very disappointed in the service at this establishment. I booked a room and showed up to my reservation and was told there was no room available. I was not offered any assistance by staff in rebooking and was left with very little options. I will not be attempting to stay here again.
- SMSADE .MERIWETHEROct 6, 20265.0I also want to say that Amanda at the front desk is super great. She was here when I first checked in and I love her so much. She’s really nice and sweet and helped me with my daughter.
- KKKenzie KellyOct 4, 20262.0Breakfast and comfy beds were the only good thing. Service not good, front desk wasnt nice at all. Paying $16 a night for parking when IHG member is ridiculous, construction not hotels fault but all the one way streets it was hard to get to.
- JEJeff EvelandOct 3, 20261.0This hotel specifically is specifically why I will never pay for another stay at an IHG hotel. I tried checking in at the the time I messaged the hotel. My room unfortunately was not ready which happens. I let them know I'd be back later that evening and was told that my reservation was automatically canceled because it was 10:00 in the evening. The gentleman at the front desk argued with me which has never happened in my entire career. I spend about 50% of my time in hotels and this is something that has never happened before. Please avoid this place as you are not guaranteed a room even if you have a reservation.
- GAGrant AhlmanSep 28, 20265.0The rooms and things were more than adequate, but the staff was absolutely Incredible! Lisa, the Manager, maintenance, the front desk guy, everyone was Excellent!
