  I was on the plane that got rerouted to Omaha after being struck by lightning. We were given overnight stay as no planes available at 11:30pm Diamond and Chyoni (sp?) Were the front desk representatives that got surprised by 30 or so guests all at once at 11:30pm. They provided exceptional service, for a bunch of hungry and tired folks.   The staff you have here are phenomenal. Tabitha was so helpful and friendly with us at breakfast. Chayannie was so welcoming, inviting and greeted everybody as you came in and out. The housekeeping kept everything so clean and smelled so wonderful. The only reason I gave the rooms a 3 star was due to the shower, it never got hot and the water pressure was horrible.

  The hotel itself is nice. Nice breakfast. Friendly at check in. However there are supposed to be quiet hours 10pm -6am. Someone directly above us either came back or checked in and decided to run laps. The floor and walls are paper thin. Didn't get to sleep until well after 1:30am before they calmed down. I thought that's ok I can just sleep in. NOPE the bulldozers outside decided to start at 6:30 am. So if you want somewhere to sleep avoid this until the constructiom is done!

  I had a great experience at the hotel itself and the staff was friendly, but I was pretty disappointed when I got a text about an hour before I checked in that parking would be 50 dollars a night due to an event this weekend instead of the 15 dollar parking fee that was listed online when I booked the hotel. I literally thought it was a spam text at first when I read it lol. I just wish it would have been listed on the website somewhere when booking because I wouldn’t have booked a room here in the first place had I known that there was an event happening that would raise the cost so much. Aside from that everything was good though and I always love staying at the Holiday Inn!

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn for the Berkshire Hathaway meetings. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the rooms are, how good the breakfast was (there were hot items every morning, which you don't always find at hotels nowadays), and the friendly service I received every day I was there. Today Chiana helped me with check out and even ordered an Uber for me to get to the airport (included with the room). I was touched at how well she treated the other guests at the hotel. I would definitely return if I were to come back to Omaha again.
