  I recently stayed at EVEN Hotel Omaha Downtown - Old Market and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel has such a modern, clean, and relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk in. The rooms were spacious, stylish, and very comfortable, especially the bed which made it easy to unwind after a long day. I really appreciated the wellness-focused touches throughout the hotel, including the in-room workout equipment and overall calming vibe. The staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating during my entire stay. The location is also perfect — close to downtown Omaha and the Old Market area while still feeling quiet and peaceful. Everything felt very convenient whether you’re visiting for work, a quick getaway, or just passing through. One of my favorite parts was how clean and updated everything felt. The lobby and common areas had a great energy, and the hotel overall felt fresh and elevated compared to a standard stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Omaha.

  This hotel site does not mention the 2-3 year construction project outside. Beware of noise, very dirty sidewalks and windows and overall dismal exterior experience. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are showing wear,, but large and clean. This is a budget hotel perfect for large families, but not close to anything walking.

  I would not recommend this hotel. When we checked in, the AC was not working. We left a message at the front desk when I had to leave for the convention center. When I come back in the evening the AC was still not working, it continued to blow hot air. We have to be transferred to another room and in this room none of the electrical outlets on the desk worked. Next morning we go for breakfast. Breakfast at the hotel is almost like getting something from the fast food place. I ordered a oatmeal. The kitchen added some hot water into oats amd seved it as a stodgy plate of oatmeal. I asked for some milk and they were out of it I decided to checkout a day early and the hotel had the nerve to charge me an early departure penalty. The service at this hotel is beyond pathetic

  The advil on the shelf was laced several times. In which after taking the advil the next morning I fell and fractured my ankle. The front desk staff is condescending and several were rude. The showers get water everywhere on the floor. I requested a refund of $400 and was denied. They left parking tickets on my car every single day which is very unnecessary. It is an ergonomical hotel, meaning it is a work and health focused hotel. I had to call several times to request rooms next to me to kindly party elsewhere. The staff never told me they have shuttles included in the stay. It is a health focused and working hotel, meaning the staff should be more in sync and accommodating to those values.

  I had a very disappointing experience at EVEN Hotel Omaha Downtown. During my stay, I discovered bed bugs in the bed, which is completely unacceptable and raised serious concerns about cleanliness and guest safety. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of follow-up. It has been nearly three weeks since my stay, and no one has properly addressed the issue. A manager named Alissa did call once, but when I explained I couldn’t speak at that moment and asked for a callback, I never heard back. I made another effort to reach out and again requested a callback from management—yet still no response. The lack of accountability and communication is extremely disappointing. I expected much better handling of such a serious issue. I would not recommend staying here based on this experience.
