  Very disappointed. The rooms and common areas were not clean. The kitchen and eating area were filthy. The room was not well maintained. The staff was neither pleasant nor helpful. Not even the proximity to the Old Market area of Omaha made this place worthy of a stay.

  I’ve genuinely enjoyed my stay at EVEN Hotel. It has a relaxed, modern atmosphere that makes it just as comfortable to sit in the lobby with a book for a while as it is to come and go throughout the day. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the food has been very good, and the gym deserves special mention. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, and this is one of the few hotel gyms that feels like someone actually gave serious thought to people who enjoy working out. It’s well equipped and fits the character of the hotel perfectly. I also want to recognize the manager, Alyssa. Just from spending some time reading in the lobby and going about my day, I’ve had an opportunity to see how she interacts with both guests and her staff. She’s warm, personable, and attentive, but what impressed me most is that when things get busy, she simply steps in and helps. No fanfare. She leads alongside her team and seems willing to do whatever needs to be done. You notice that kind of leadership. The rest of the staff reflects that same warmth. Everyone I’ve encountered has been friendly and welcoming without making it feel forced. It’s a fun, stylish hotel with good food, a great gym, and good people. More importantly, it’s been a genuinely comfortable place to slow down, relax, read, and enjoy my day. I’d gladly stay here again.

  The EVEN hotel has great rooms and comfortable beds! An amazing work out room! Food and Bar in the lobby! Not too far from historic downtown, The hotel will give you a van to where you want to go downtown, Lime scooters are always out front as well!

  I came here with my significant other for a little get away. As soon as we arrived, Ruby was very helpful from the start. She answered all of our questions and requests and made it a pleasant experience for us. Very friendly and informative. We will be back and highly recommend. If you want a great hotel where you don’t have to compromise health and wellness for comfort and leisure, this is it!

  Unfortunately, our stay at EVEN Hotel Omaha was pretty disappointing, especially considering the price. There was construction outside the hotel during our stay, and the noise was loud enough to be frustrating. On top of that, you have to pay to park at the hotel, which I wasn’t expecting and definitely didn’t feel was worth the extra cost. Our room had several other issues. We couldn’t adjust the thermostat, so we were stuck with the room at 67. The floor beside the first bed was also extremely slippery. Both my daughter and I slipped and fell on it! 😳 I ended up laying the yoga mat down on the floor for the rest of our stay just so we could safely walk around that area. The shower had its own issues. The conditioner pump didn’t work, and I found it very odd that there was only one washcloth provided for the room. I’m sorry, but who wants to share a washcloth with anyone—even your own family? Unfortunately, with the combination of the construction noise, paid parking, thermostat issue, slippery floor, broken conditioner dispenser, and lack of basic towels, this stay just wasn’t a good experience for us. I wouldn’t consider staying here again.
