  Big shoutout to Jon at guest service. He made check in a breeze and was very welcoming, helpful. Made food places suggestions and helped me plan my evening in the city, as a Diamond Elite member, he is a true example of why I stay IHG. Please give Jon a personal Kudos! The room was clean and hallways smelled great. Location is not the greatest right now with the construction but I’m sure it will get better. Would return to this location on my next visit to the city.

  We had an overall good experience. The rooms were fairly larger than expected. Beds comfortable. We asked for the green service but needed towels and the team was prompt on getting those to us. We ran into a issue with the shuttle but the GM quickly resolved it. The front desk staff was nice. I can't remember their names. The bartender Byran was over the top! He made our experience. He was so kind to everyone, not just us. True hospitality. The GM was friendly. I noticed her helping the front desk and running towels, very hands on and not just behind the computer screen. I enjoyed the complimentary lemon water in the lobby. Our ice maker on 2nd didnt work but that was okay, because we enjoyed the water in the lobby. The games downstairs was a plus, for family time. We will recommend. Thanks.

  Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with friendly staff who made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The rooms were quiet and inviting, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day, and the location made it convenient to explore Omaha downtown. A great value with excellent service—I would gladly stay here again.

  It is a very stylish artistic place to spend night at, but not maintained well. The breakfast order stuff not very impressive compared to buffet breakfast in other rival hotels of this level, like Ramada or others. These days downtown is under construction especially around this hotel, guests please avoid this hotel for stay as no fun picking up a downtown hotel at a higher price, with restricted or no movement at all.. yesterday i walked from bus stand to this place hardly.5 miles as no uber would take but for walk too so many hurdles..

  I am honestly surprised at how high this hotel is rated. Half of these reviews read as if they are AI responses. This hotel is NOT located downtown or near the Old Market. The entire hotel just reeks. If you are sensitive to smells, avoid this hotel at all costs. The lobby smelled like chlorine and you could literally smell weed in one of the elevators. The hallways were musty. The room had a subtle but noticeable unpleasant odor that almost smelled like vinegar. Shower water pressure was awful. Half of the lights in the room were warm colored, the other half, cool. Not sure what went into designing these rooms but everything just felt out of place -- from tacky inspirational messages on the wall to ill-positioned bedside lamps that were too high to be of practical use. The blackout blind only went down halfway before getting stuck and it looked as if multiple previous guests had the same issue going by the condition of the blinds. The outlets by the desk were loose. I've stayed at other Even hotels before but none as bad at this. The thermostat was utterly confusing. You had to press and hold the temperature arrow keys repeatedly to adjust the temperature. There apparently is a shuttle service but for some reason it was always being used for airline crews. The staff were very nice but this hotel has fails spectacularly on the very basics.
