- SAStephen Arguijo3 days ago5.0This place was clean. Amber K had Teanna W were both extremely friendly and helpful. There was also a front desk gentleman that was very nice and helpful as well. Everything here worked as it should and the rooms were comfy and clean. There are plenty of places to eat nearby as well.
- TGThis GuySep 14, 20264.0The rooms are always clean and the beds are comfortable. I however have been avoiding staying at your hotel. Whenever, I asked for a late checkout the lady at the desk would ask what time I would like for a late checkout and I would tell her and she would immediately tell me she cannot do that and could only do a noon checkout. So why did she even ask and embarrass me in the process if she knew she wouldn't go past a noon checkout. Anyways, after getting a late checkout, I would then ask her to update my keys so they don't expire at 11 am. She said they don't. Well, mine did and as I was passing by the front desk I told my keys aren't working and she said that's what they do past 11 am. I will continue to refuse to stay there until drastic changes have been made or she has been removed. What's the point of being a Diamond Elite member when you're treat like that????

The room smelled like a horse stable, you couldn't open the bathroom door all the way without it. Sounding like a train was whistling through. I let my baby crawl on the floor only for maybe an hour. And she had black all over her legs and feet from the ground. Seriously, never returning and definitely do not recommend!
