- EPEric J ParkAug 9, 20265.0I had to go to Omaha for training for a new job. My company made me a reservation that allowed dogs. Aiden was working when I first got there and found out my company gave them the wrong dates. Aiden was able to get it fixed quickly once I gave him the confirmation number. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for any food you could possibly want and able to walk there. Walmart is next door as well. Most of the staff was very welcoming to myself and my little fur baby. I want to call special attention to Aiden, Brittney and Will who always went well above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay, all my needs were met and that the hotel was just an extension of home. They are examples of what it means to work in the service industry. IHG needs to do everything it can to hang on to employees like this as there are a few that could and do make their lives harder. THANK YOU Aiden, Brittney and Will for making me feel at home. You 3 are awesome human beings.
