  We were lucky enough to experience Best Western after our original Hampton Inn reservation was overbooked. The room itself was clean, which we genuinely appreciated after a very late arrival. We checked in at 4 a.m. and were given a third-floor room. The elevator was out of order, so we got an unexpected late-night stair workout with our luggage. When we asked whether they would still charge the full rate for a 7-hour stay (4 a.m. to 11 a.m.), the front desk staff politely informed us that they charge the full price no matter how late a guest arrives. Our request for a late checkout, given how late we had checked in, was also declined. The next morning housekeeping knocked once. After I called out that we were not ready, they still came in. Their commitment to the schedule is impressive. Overall, an efficient reminder that some hotels value their policies more than their guests’ circumstances. The room was clean, though. That’s something.

  As noted by others. The parking lot is tiny. Don’t come here with anything but a car. And silly me. I thought months later that they would have fixed the elevator. Nope. Third floor stay with no elevator.

  Pool was kind of cold, looks like a recent remodel. Had an issue in the bathroom as I slipped and fell. Not very wet but I think the bathrooms need a different material than the wood planks.

  The front desk agent was amazing. Everything else was ok. The room made me second guess if it had been cleaned or just bed made fresh towels added. Amenities from previous guest had not been put away or replaced (coffee, soaps). Breakfast buffet was ok. Ran out of food quickly with no appearance of someone present to refill.

  The staff was very unfriendly! Tried to charge us extra to check in at 2:30. The pool area was so cold and water was freezing we couldn't even swim, talked to the staff and they were very rude! The whole reason for getting a Motel with a pool was to swim! We checked out and went to a different Motel! Would not recommend this Place!!
