  Our first room was 206 and smelled like a filthy wet dog. Amanda, front desk clerk, was very helpful and moved us to 316 which didn’t smell like a wet dog but the bathroom smelled like urine. I cleaned the toilets and floor using soap and water which worked for a while but the smell is permanently etched into that floor, I believe. This hotel should be designated as a Dog Kennel. Gross.

  Terrible internet quality. The super8 across the street has exponentially better internet. I fail to get 1mb/s here. Super8 across the street will give me 900mb/s. Also $150+/night is insane but I guess they’ll charge what they can get away with. Staff is good. Cleaners and front desk try to be as helpful as possible.

  Comfy clean rooms, towels not as big and thick as Comfort Inn but adequate. Extra nice breakfast, better than the Comfort Inn we had in Custer, SD.

  We were very disappointed to find out that the hot tub what's not here anymore. You really need to update your website. One of the reasons why I chose this hotel passing through otherwise the room was very comfortable and clean the bathroom shower was hot and the breakfast was delicious and the coffee's good too. Staff was super friendly and the most important thing our music equipment was safe in the parking lot while we got a good night's sleep. So if you're looking for a hot tub book one in your room they do not have one with the pool.! Otherwise it's a great place to stay didn't see any sign of bed bugs so that's always a good thing too. A good clean place to lay your head on your travels I would highly recommend. Just no hot tub!!
