- LHLin HaoApr 17, 20261.0I am an IHG Platinum member and had a prepaid reservation from April 9–13, booked over a month in advance. When I arrived around 11 PM on April 9 after a more than three-hour drive from Colorado, I was assigned room 315. Upon entering, I found the room completely uncleaned and left in a dirty condition from the previous guest. The front desk acknowledged the issue but stated no other rooms were available and suggested I stay at a Quality Inn for one night and return the next day. Given the inconvenience of moving back and forth, I had to find last-minute accommodations elsewhere. Securing another hotel that late at night and relocating all of my luggage again was extremely difficult. Additionally, I was told I needed to return the next day in person to speak with a manager, which I found inappropriate. Despite requesting a phone call and sending multiple emails regarding compensation, I have received no response. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property.
