Overnight stop. Overall ok. Would stay again. Pros: beds very comfy, room smelled good, breakfast was good (minus the hashbrowns). Cheap! Cons: room temp never did get down to what we set the AC at. If only our room was as cold as the hallway it would have been perfect. Fridge in room didn’t cool. Bottled Water was warmer in the morning that when we put it in. Pool has apparently been out of order since last fall. Nothing on website indicating it was closed. I booked on BW site not third party. Disappointing. No fan in bathroom seemed odd. Floor in room needed vacuumed.

My husband and I were traveling and decided it was time to stop for the night. We had stayed at Best Western hotels before and had always had good experiences, so we chose this location. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. Although the floor appeared to be clean, it was extremely sticky. It felt as though the mop had been used in another room and then used here without being properly cleaned. It was so unpleasant that we laid towels on the floor from the carpeted area to the bathroom so we wouldn't have to walk on the sticky surface. The room had two sinks—one inside the bathroom and one outside. The sink outside the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly in quite some time. There was a yellow discoloration around it that appeared to be mold or mildew. Another issue was that the curtains would not close completely. As soon as the sun came up, the light shined directly into the room, making it impossible to sleep any longer. This hotel has potential, but it needs to pay much closer attention to cleanliness and routine maintenance. Fixing these seemingly small issues would make a significant difference in the overall guest experience.

Just ok, the beds are quite worn out and lumpy. They need replaced. The pillows are also a joke, very plastic feeling/sounding, and they are tiny squares. The water from the bathroom sink was very cloudy, you couldn’t even see through it. I did not want to shower in that or let my dog drink it.. There is a good amount of parking. We only chose this place as it was dog friendly which is an amazing convenience for us, but we have been to other dog friendly hotels that were in much better condition than this one. The breakfast is not good, hotels really need to upgrade the quality of their breakfasts these days, the dry hard pastries and rubber eggs are just never good. When we arrived, there were two people at the desk not with guests but it took quite a while for us to be greeted or assisted. They seemed very rushed and a bit unorganized/unprofessional. Overall, mixed feelings on if we would stay here again, probably not.

Went to check in and found out the pool and hot tub were closed which was disappointing. Had we known we would have chosen a different hotel. Then was told the elevator was broke so we would have to carry all of our stuff up the stairs. We were offered a room on the first floor which sounded good, but was a cheaper room and we were not offered any compensation for that or the lack of normal amenities. The hall outside or room had a vending machine area with no vending machines. Not a great experience.

My girlfriend and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious. We were on the top floor (4th floor) and the ceilings were super high, which added to the spacious feeling. The room felt modern with 2 beds, a desk and chair, and a lounge chair with ottoman. There were plenty of outlets to charge electronics; however, no USB charging ports. The bathroom was nice. Shower had good pressure. And the provided shampoo and conditioner felt premium. The lobby was really nice on the first floor. There is also a fitness center and a pool. The pool; however, was not open because of renovations. There is an odd sign posted in their elevator to be mindful and not to jump! This tells me that the hotel sees lots of families with kids. And that was my experience while staying there. They also seem pet friendly because we saw a few large dogs. In the morning, they serve a complimentary continental breakfast. I was happy with their offering. They have a board listing what they will have each day for the entire week. I thought it was a smart design choice to separate the food area from the drink area to decrease congestion. The staff overall were pleasant.
