  We love to stay here every time we come to visit family in Norfolk. The rooms are always nice and clean. The breakfast bar is always nice and tidy and the food is good and freshly cooked. Sebastiana at the front desk is always very friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend if you need a hotel in Norfolk

  Clean hotel. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great accommodation for large families. Very friendly staff. Zach checked us in and took such great care of my family. He really went the extra mile with getting us extra toiletries, pillows, and answering all of our questions about the area. My kids absolutely adored him and it was a very refreshing change to have a worker get down to my kids level and make them smile instead of being rude or ignoring them (which has happened in the past).

  We have stayed here many times! The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and made us feel right at home from check-in to check-out. Everything is clean and the hotel was quiet, making for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

  I have stayed here a handful of times and I cant say enough about my experience. The staff is great and welcoming. The service is outstanding. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with what I needed for my stay! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in the area. I look forward to staying here again.
