  Elevator doesn't work and I'm on the 4th floor. If I would have known, I would have booked somewhere else.

  As soon as I was arrive, I was greeted politely and professionally. I was notified that the elevator was out of order which meant I would have to take my luggage up to the third floor, not an ideal start, but at least they were honest I felt like they could have called me the day before and let me know so I can make other plans. My room is properly clean, the beds are fine. The sheets were fine. Everything was acceptable. The TV only has cable. It does not have any Netflix or streaming services that didn’t seem contemporary to me. Luckily, I brought my HDMI cable and I was able to connect my work laptop There was no laundry bag. I always put my outfits in laundry bag so they don’t mix with my clean clothes. In short, I usually stay at a different brand hotel chain and in the small town of 7000 there is no Marriott so I stayed here and it wasn’t terrible. It just wasn’t what I’m used to. It’s also 1030 at night and I’m hearing what sounds like a construction vehicle backing up so I’m hearing those beeps as I’m trying to sleep I’m hearing motorcycles, it’s a school night. It’s a Tuesday just doesn’t seem like a bustling city so why am I hearing all this noise? It’s important to know that the employees were polite and professional. The room was clean. The bed was fine. The room is safe just that chair seems like you can’t recline in it and the TV needs streaming services or Apple AirPlay.

  Fantastic hotel. Rooms are fresh, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Happy hour, pool and good breakfast are additional bonuses. Highly recommend.

  Standard IHG hotel, a bit rough around the edges but does the trick. Expensive for what you get.

  My flight was delayed so I called to tell them to hold my room. Mary said if I arrived after 3am, my reservation would be canceled I reminded her the room was already paid for, and asked her to check me in. She said they prefer that the guest be present for check-in. I told her that I prefer to have the room I paid for available. Lucky for me I arrived before my reservation was canceled. Service here was not good. I would stay somewhere else next time.
