- PCPeter CozzaglioSep 29, 20262.0My room had zero hot water for a shower. Completely unacceptable. However the bed was excellent. So I guess they still deserve 2 stars.
- LHLaurie HruzaSep 28, 20262.0Room was comfy and clean. Housekeeping staff friendly and helpful. The 3 times we went to the front desk and the 2 times we called there was no one around. Breakfast was a joke. Most of the food was empty and we were there at 8 am. An employee was using a hand pushed vacuum/broom and went right between my feet while I was attempting to find food. Also wondering when I get my incidentals deposit back. Usually get an email from motels on that and one asking for a review. Not this time. Probably won’t stay there again
- HOHeather OlinSep 27, 20263.0It was a good hotel, room was clean, breakfast was good as well. Our refrigerator in room was broken and couldn't use it, shower had no shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also they should clean the stairwell it smells and needs a deep clean on the west side.
- TDTom DowningSep 10, 20264.0This was a good affordable location for an annual fantasy football draft. There were ten of us who stayed here. Common areas and breakfast room was nice. Please fix the key system we walked downstairs twice the keys would not stay programmed. The staff was friendly, the rooms need upgraded, run down.
- JWJarrod WestSep 9, 20261.0Rooms are very comfortable and quiet. Unfortunately when emailing the manager about how dirty my room was instead of offering an apology or anything at all I was told it was my own fault becaI didn't notify the front desk. I didn't notify the front desk because like other reviews have stated....their help is anything but helpful. They act like guests are an inconvenience if they ask for anything. I always overlook it because the rooms are nice and quiet. However now that I know it's my own fault my room was dirty I will just start staying somewhere else.
