  We have stayed here a couple of times now, and we absolutely love it! The price is phenomenal, and the location is convenient for our normal stops when we are in town. My family loved the breakfast, and my kids DOWNED their slushies! We will continue to visit Annabell Gardens anytime a Lincoln visit is in store!

  Stayed at Annabelle Gardens this weekend for a concert and was very impressed. This is a gem of a place to stay in Lincoln! The employees were all so attentive and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and came with a lot of amenities. Everything was extremely clean and updated. The landscaping is gorgeous. They even had free soft serve ice cream and slushies in the lobby. And to top it all off, the breakfast in the morning was incredible! The location is a little far from downtown, so we had to take a 15 minute drive to get to our event, but it wasn’t bad at all. We enjoyed Annabelle Gardens and will likely be back!

  Wonderful staff, very clean and well appointed rooms. Nice garden areas and semi private decks/patios. Felt very private and homely for a hotel at this price point. We weren’t here for going out and about in Lincoln, so I can’t speak to it’s location exactly, but there’s plenty of close by options for restaurants, shops, malls, etc.
