    Beware there is a whole section of the hotel that is not accessible via elevator. We found this out when we checked in. Also, the first room we got had a window that overlooked a concrete stairwell with no natural light. Can't believe they would even consider charging for that room (photos of view attached). There were several rooms with windows into the hallway so be aware that you may not get a window to the outside. The pool area is very over-rated, there isn't anywhere to swim, just a small space at the end of the slides. The amount of chlorine in the water will cause your eyes to water. This hotel doesn't have a good feeling; it feels old, dingy, the ceilings are too low and the lighting is dim. It is also a complete maze, there are no signs in the hallways to direct you to different rooms or common areas. Two stars because they were able to move us to a room that had an actual window to the outside. Do not recommend this hotel.

    Just pool you can't swim in cause water slides so it's not very enjoyable after driving from Lincoln ne me and my son were kinda bummed.

    Been here 5 times in the last 8 years. The staff is great! Showed up 2 days early and the young girl was smart and accommodating. Moved our 1 night stay to 2 nights early. The room and the pool as always was clean. Even the cleaning crew was extremely friendly.

    The management just let kids run up and down the hall, pounding on people's doors until two a m.In the morning, pulling the fire alarm had no control of anything.I had walked down to the counter to let him know that they were running up on the hall, screaming, knocking on the doors.He said there was nothing he could do about it

    This place is AMAZING!!! Every part of it. Free breakfast- it was real food and it was GOOD!! I have four boys and everyone of them loved it!! The water slides were a total hit!!! Every person we encountered at the hotel made you feel like they cared you chose to give them business! Would definitely recommend it to my sistas!!!
