- GWGregory WarnerJun 17, 20263.0The rooms in this hotel were decent, but I noticed a significant issue with the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The elevator floors in the lobby were extremely dirty, and the condition of the lobby itself was not much better. When I spoke to the front desk clerk about this, he explained that it was challenging to maintain cleanliness with the children running around. However, I pointed out that other hotels manage to keep their facilities clean despite having children, and he remained silent. I felt that this was not a major concern for the hotel.
- MSM SJun 14, 20263.0Hotel seemed nice and quiet upon checkin, rooms are updated and clean. Pool was nice for the ten minutes we were able to use it before a large group of rowdy teens and a few dads took it over, rough housing/shoving, throwing a football around the pool area, forcing younger children and other adults from the hot tub/pool area - hotel staff did nothing. Would recommend staying elsewhere that has a higher number of evening staff to enforce the pool etiquette as it seems like a free for all in the hotel after business hours.
