  The hotel is beautiful 😍 The pool was great and the lifeguards were all very kind. The kid with the cast on his hand was careful to circle the pool often and monitor everything, he definitely did the best job as a lifeguard. But they were all friendly. The front desk staff was 50/50. Some were kind and helpful, others were absolutely unfriendly. Housekeeping was nice and did a great job minus an issue with our room at check in. It was gross honestly. Housekeeping came and cleaned up whatever it was right away. The front desk asked that I email them the pic of what we found and didnt apologize or anything. Just said k we'll get it taken care of. But I'd feel real embarrassed and apologetic personally. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable that the kids chose to sleep on the floor. we've been in hundreds of hotels and this is the first time they've ever opted to sleep on the floor 😳 We asked for extra blankets and they slept on the floor. Something bit me during the night so I'm super itchy today. It's not pet friendly (thankfully) so I dont think it'd be fleas. Not sure what it was. Overall, the visit was decent and the pool made up for the issues. :)

  Very disappointed in the staff. Pool area is nice but the rules of no beverages allowed is just bizarre. Not what we expect from IHG at all. Travel through here often and will start elsewhere.

  This hotel is really beautiful! It’s almost hard to believe you’re in Kearney, NE. Tbe staff are attentive and friendly, & quick to respond to requests. The pool area was so fun for the kids! Everything was working as it should have been. Nice large hot tub! The restaurant attached to the hotel had a really nice ambiance and the food was pretty good! Although we went back for breakfast and that was lacking. There’s an arcade also. The room was clean and comfortable. We will definitely be back in the future!

  Outstanding stay at Crowne Plaza Kearney! The hotel is brand new, spotlessly clean, and perfectly situated. Modern rooms, a fantastic indoor water park, and exceptional service made our stay memorable. The on-site restaurant and Starbucks were huge perks.
