  We loved ALMOST everything about this place. Water park area is amazing and our kids loved it. Our main complaint is that it is incredibly misleading to say that free breakfast comes with our room when in actuality, each room only comes with two breakfast vouchers. Feels kind of sneaky because most of the people staying here are families. We also wish we could take the pool towels up to the room with us. Walking in our swimsuits, dripping wet up to our room through the lobby and hotel area isn’t pleasant. Still, we would recommend this place.

  Please stay here once a year and it's always great. Service and staff are great, rooms are super comfy, and the water park is awesome. Only thing to mention is no breakfast provided. Great place to stay!!

  Our room did not cool very well at night time. It was perfect otherwise. VERY clean establishment, well groomed and clean employees, very kind and professional employees. The only thing I would suggest is to ask about breakfast vouchers when you check in. No one went over these so we didn't know they were an option to purchase. DON'T waste your money on doordash! The beautiful restaurant in the lobby is WAY cheaper and much fancier. Offering breakfast buffets, dinner buffets, menu items and kids meals. They even do a prime rib and crableg buffet on Friday and Saturday nights! They offer Sunday brunch and an Italian buffet during the week. Definitely, gonna give this a try next time. The pool could use some more structure as high school kids were pushing little kids out of the way and taking over their little kids swim area and slides. They were acting a mess in the big slides as well. They waited until the employee told them to go and 2 more boys would jump on the slide right before their friends went down. The arcade could use a staff member in it as well. Or at least on a camera. We tried to take our 10, 9 and 6 year old in to play and it was over run with a group of teenage boys throwing balls all over, shaking the machines to get free prizes, cussing and all around rude and disrespectful. Maybe, they need a sign to make sure PARENTS are being responsible for their offspring?? The motel experience and room experience was over all great! Hats off to those house keepers!!

  Perfect stop if you have young kiddos and are on a long road trip. We stopped here for a night / break from our drive home back to Colorado after visiting family in Illinois. It’s the perfect sized indoor water park for young kiddos with a hot tub and deeper pool with basket ball too. They have everything you need right there in the hotel and also a pretty cool game room as well. My favorite thing about this hotel besides being very family oriented is that they keep the pool and other amenities open until 10pm! We got there sometime after 7pm but still had several hours to let out 2 kids burn off some energy which was a game changer. The room was really nice, clean and beds were very comfortable.

  Rooms were nice people were nice the pool and slides were so so so fun, and the atmosphere was cool. This place is the coolest hotel I've ever went to, along with the other Kearney hotel that has a water slide. The location is great too.
