  Shelly and Elisyia were such great help at the front desk. All front desk was very attentive. Pool was excellent as well as the rooms. Very cleanliness. Housekeeping was very sweet! Will be staying again!

  Disappointing! We rely on our previous great stays at Holiday Inn Express's but this was sub par. It is in great need of updating and improvement! Our room (3rd floor) had a poorly operating AC such that the room kept an overall tacky sticky feeling; it blew cold air but did not remove any humidity. Our towels wouldn't dry hanging so we had to ask for fresh ones each day. The carpet was old and dirty. Window treatments were faded and old. The lighting is poor. The shower curtain rod was broken and dipped such that it wouldn't stay closed. The bathroom walls had water and humidity damage. Overall it was just an ick feeling. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable with clean sheets, the breakfast set up was ok, the staff in there were friendly, and the location worked well for us. Unfortunately. We will not stay here again.

  We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Staff went above and beyond for us..especially Shelly. Our rooms were very clean and breakfast was amazing, considering it was continental. . Thanks also to Victor for helping with request upon checkout.

  Shelly at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. She procured us extra towels, answered questions, was kind and professional. Hospitality’s Mary Cruz was phenomenal! She was so kind, and got big smiles from my 10 month old granddaughter…you could tell that Mary is a gentle soul. She did her job in housekeeping excellently as well.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent stay at the Holiday Inn. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and the food was delicious. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service. Isaiah went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed during my stay. He was professional, friendly, and truly cared about providing a great guest experience. I would also like to recognize Shelly, who was very kind and welcoming during check-out. She made the departure process smooth and pleasant. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service, clean accommodations, and good food.
