  Extremely Concerning Experience, Check Your Room Carefully. We stayed at this hotel for one night while in Omaha for a birthday party, and what happened was extremely concerning. After checking in and getting settled in our room, our 2-year-old found an unmarked pill underneath the bed. We immediately contacted Poison Control, who instructed us to go to the ER for observation. As a result, we spent the night at the hospital instead of the hotel and were left with a $2,000 medical bill. What was even more frustrating was how the hotel handled the situation afterward. When we contacted the manager and explained what happened, instead of taking the situation seriously, we were essentially told that their employees had worked there for a long time and therefore couldn't have missed cleaning underneath the bed. In other words, the responsibility was placed on us rather than acknowledging that an unknown pill was found in a room that had supposedly been cleaned and prepared for a new guest. We have no idea how the pill ended up under the bed, and I'm not going to speculate about its origin. What I do know is that a 2-year-old should never be able to find an unknown pill on the floor of a hotel room. We didn't get to stay in the room because we spent the night in the ER making sure our child was okay. If you stay here, please check your room carefully before allowing your children to play or crawl around, particularly under beds and furniture. Our family had a frightening experience that could have ended much worse, and the response from management only made the situation more disappointing.

  This hotel has the best customer service and cleanest rooms I've ever experienced. My family has been displaced from our apartment for 3 weeks. Which has been stressful and very upsetting. However, the kind/hardworking staff and quality breakfast served here has eased our stress and made it as enjoyable as possible. We greatly appreciate it.

  I stayed at this hotel while attending my cousin’s wedding. Our group was told rooms had been blocked for wedding guests, but when I called to book, I was told only 13 rooms were blocked and they were all booked. There were actually 20 rooms that were blocked for the wedding and because of management lying I wasn’t able to receive the wedding rate. During our stay, there was also confusion about flowers that had been delivered for the wedding. From what I observed, the communication from hotel management was poor, and the manager’s interactions regarding the situation came across as unprofessional. Overall, I was disappointed with the customer service and would have expected better communication for a wedding group.

  My wife and I had a wedding reception where we booked this hotel and had a full block of people booked here too. Someone sent us flowers which was very nice except the front desk took them and never delivered to the room or notified us to pick them up. Days after the fact my mom was contacted to pick up dead flowers. We tried to call for details on what happened but after being ignored by staff we finally got the response from the manager who was incredibly rude to my own mother. They say they aren’t responsible to give you your stuff, but somehow still called us anyway to pick it up? Doesn’t make sense!! We’re lucky we didn’t have other presents sent here or else who knows what would have happened to those! Don’t go here if you don’t want your stuff taken and held away or if you want your family members respected!! UPDATE: After another manager reaching out to my post trying to change the history of what was said to us and deflect to another lie I wanted to give an update. I can provide email and written proof that I my name was on the room as well as cards from the flower service to be delivered to us. I will now be downgraded rating from 2 stars to 1 since they won’t even give a simple apology and will make stuff up/ blame anyone else under the sun!
