  No power. No ac. Midnight and room is very hot. Uncomfortable. Too late to go anywhere else. Dissatisfaction is at max after driving 7 hours….

  I stayed here based on recommendation of a friend who recently used the hotel on a trip to Chadron. It may not look like much from the outside, and is on the older side, but room and bathroom were clean. Staff at the front desk were very friendly. The included breakfast was good and started early at 530am which is not something you see often and very welcome for those of us who start our day early. I would stay again.

  First of all it's actually a motel and comes with all the safety issues a motel would. The first room I booked smelled so bad of mildew I asked for a refund, the front desk refused and offered room spray which is 1 bad to breathe in and 2 I'd still be in danger of breathing in the mold, she offered another room with less of a mildewy smell which I accepted only because the other hotels in town were fully booked and regretted it. We found the smell to be coming from the door leading to the parking lot, the carpet was soaking wet and since the other rooms smelled like mold I'm gonna bet the whole hotel has mold and has leaks. Secondly we went to the pool and found the hot tub to be disgusting with a foot less water than there should be and scum everywhere and no towels to be found.

  A slightly older Best Western, but clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was okay. Friendly and attentive staff. Good for a stopover.
