- JOJake OrmanJul 27, 20262.0This is the first time I’ve ever had to submit a Better Business Bureau complaint. Too many details to provide here, but it comes down to billing and lack of response from the Manager despite the numerous voicemails and emails I’ve given them. IHG Corporate has also not followed up with me. The good stuff: All employees beneath the manager level were awesome. Front desk, hospitality and maintenance were all friendly, quick and professional with my needs during a 3 month stay. My room was adequate, the only issue being that I found 6 moldy, half-empty beer cans underneath one of the beds. *17 Aug update. Thomas, I’ve called and left a a message again with my phone number and details. Awaiting a response back. BBB of Midwest Plains in Omaha has also tried to establish contact with you twice. I do believe the next step is publishing the complaint for the public, the ID for that will be 25093181.
- SMShawn MathenaJul 16, 20263.0Would have a higher star rating but the supposed free laundry room for GUESTS, is free but you have to fight with the staff in order to get a washer. The staff feels it is their right to do their personal laundry over the guests who stay at the facility.

The way staff are treated here — with zero respect or basic human decency — says everything about the people running it. Would not recommend supporting a business that operates this way.
