The bathroom had hair and dirt, the bedspread had visible stains, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable. We asked to move rooms, hoping the first room was an isolated problem, but the second room was just as bad. The entire property appears poorly maintained and in need of significant cleaning and upkeep. Unfortunately, this was one of the least clean hotel experiences we've had, and we would not stay here again.

They apologized and gave us another room, this time on the floor we originally requested. The bathroom floor was sticky and the shower floor wasn't clean. We were happy to leave the next morning.
