  Hardy is great with people. And put up with me multiple times!! I like this place! Way better than most hotels! And you can trust they won’t raid your room when your gone like super 8 does! I can leave a fat wad on my night stand when I leave the hotel and it’s still there when I get back!! This is a nice hotel!! Give that man a raise!!!!

  Very aggressive employee stuff inside ? We are living through a major humanitarian when Dealing with these people tragedy this is one of those places that makes life difficult and leaves you feeling unsafe, because there are wicked people—like those who work here or they own this hotel. Be careful and avoid dealing with thishotel This hotel front desk female have no respect for they customers room service very bad I find garbage in the refrigerator they didn’t clean it TV remote control not working asking front desk if she can help me to change it she never ever responded after she lied to me she is going to be there never showed up until long time I couldn’t even trust this hotel there is other two people complaining about stolen item inside the room from some employee working here even when I give her TV remote control back she start yelling my and raise your voice with Big mouth and long tongue those people her need kicked out of this business. They are not qualified for hotel business rooms smell very bad. There’s a lot of going on top of this. Look how they treat in customer the evening female young girl, she started yelling with me just because I asked her for Service my message for All customer do not make the mistake. I make buy been here don’t come to this hotel. You’re gonna face problem with them and make sure don’t leave any money or anything expensive…?? Because you could fall victim to theft, and it would disappear from you also very careful if you try to ask them anything about the service they will star on you and also they may call the police to kick you out and they took your money away so I’ll say don’t put yourself in this position. there is a lot of nice hotel in this town better than this garbage hotel I feel like I am in hell, not a hotel meant for rest; they have robbed me of my peace of mind. These are unscrupulous people who disregard the law and act recklessly while on duty. They must be held accountable by the relevant authorities or placed under constant supervision. As a citizen, I call upon the regulatory bodies overseeing business practices to monitor what is happening here

  In the middle of renovation. No pool, construction debris in hallways, 'supply issues' limiting available breakfast. Although my room was clean, my co-worker's room had construction debris (drywall dust on counters and floors, dirty bathtub).

  We were unaware when we booked our rooms that the hotel was undergoing construction. There were fries left in our room, tv was on, a towel was damp and had hair on it(it was folded and put on shelf) garbages in breakfast room were overflowing and covered in flies. A loud alarm went off three times in the middle of the night and when we checked out we were surprised when a virtual assistant popped up and told us to leave the key in a box at the front desk….where was the front desk worker? I would NEVER stay at this hotel again.
