I shouldn’t be like terrified to go to sleep because there are bugs in my room crawling on the ceiling like guys there’s bugs don’t come here because they’re bugs and they will jump around and fly around. This is disgusting.

I requested a refund and the night manager would not reverse the charges. Manager is an Aubrey and the night shift manager Sean was not very helpful. Give them a shitty review
