  I loved my stay here. The staff was professional and helpful, and the room was spacious with all the amenities I needed Perfect place for both business and vacation. Clean rooms, peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding hospitality .

  Do Not book rooms at this Holiday Inn Express, if you need to cancel they will charge you $250 or 1 night’s stay. I booked a room for 4 months out and because I didn’t cancel on the day I booked they wanted $250 penalty fee, stay clear, I will do my best to spread the word across the internet, if you had the same experience please share.

  A recent stay at Holiday Inn Grand Forks was average overall. The biggest advantage is the location. You are close to shopping, restaurants, and main roads, which makes it convenient for a short trip. The rooms are functional but feel outdated, and the property would benefit from renovations to match current standards. The stay is comfortable enough for a quick visit, but it does not stand out. If updates are made, the experience could improve significantly given how strong the location is.
