  Natalie in the pool is the rudest person I met. Yelling at kids for splashing in a pool. Parently you cant get wet in a pool. You definitely need a better person for the job. Other workers in a pool even told me shes rude and the fun police.

  Large Hotel. There is a Restaurant and Lounge off the main lobby. Does not include breakfast. Hotel is across the street from a mall easy access to shopping and restaurants

  the staff are very friendly and helpful, they are having work done on the upper floors so you take the elevator(once you find it) up to floor 2 then walk 200 yds to the next elevator to go up to the upper floors, no complimentary breakfast, sodas are $4.00 each, the motel is very old, the work on uoper floors is due to a broken water line. i got a good discount on the room only reason i stayed, the tv cuts in and out randomly, the two stars are for the helpful staff otherwise this hotel is a one star at best

  Everything was decent. Our only concern this time was we couldn't get heat to work in our room. Chilly upon entry but good for sleeping and was very cold 🥶 in morning. We tried adjusting but nothing happened.

  Our stay was not pleasant to say the least. They put a lot of work on the main floor to give an appearance like it's a 3-star hotel. However, once you go past that area is another story. - Our first room had a potent rotten smell as soon as we opened the door. Service was attentive and gave us another room. - Our second room wasn't any better. First night, we tried to use the bathroom sink. It takes around 5 minutes or so for us to be able to use the hot water. Another issue about this is while the water is running in the sink, the sink is actually clogged. Water was not draining fast enough. Plumbing issue. - the toilet seems to be a very low pressure toilet. We've stayed at competitors such as Marriot, Hilton, and Double Tree. Their toilets were higher pressure. Easy to flush. - Bathroom fan sounds like it might need a deep cleaning. Struggling to ventilate judging by the noise it was making. - The fridge, if you stood next to it, stank pretty bad. The interior base of the cabinetry that holds the fridge is chipped entirely at the bottom. - The entry door into the room was chipped in several places on both sides. - For a 3-star hotel, the bathroom, as someone else pointed out in the reviews, is extremely small. - TV remote looks like it's from the 1990s or 2000s. Has options for DVD and VCR. Was not sure if there was even an option to watch streaming apps. We only saw what was available on the TV, not a lot of selections. We didn't want to call services again for a change in room because it felt like the next replacement room would just be the same. We have stayed at this place several times in the early to mid-2010s for banquets. It seems it has gone downhill over the last decade. Would not recommend staying here.
