The bathroom was sparkling clean with no mold or mildew, and the caulking wasn't yellowed or cracked. I appreciated the bench space below the TV for setting luggage on. The staff was helpful as needed and always appeared to be busy. The location is convenient to NDSU, though there isn't really any green space around it. I would stay here again. The only reason I didn't give the room five stars is that the TV is not a Smart TV, so you can't watch any streaming apps or cast from your phone, and we had one dirty pillowcase with a large make-up splotch on it.

I then used the “Text the Front Desk” feature in the IHG app. Deena answered my text right away and confirmed they had a room available for early check in. I am a Diamond Elite member but never assume or even ask for an upgrade. I realize it’s based on status and availability. Before I even arrived Deena confirmed my room upgrade through text. When I arrived Deena and the front desk person were very friendly and accommodating. Both very nice ladies. Gave me suggestions on dinner and drink as well. Rooms are newly renovated and spotless. An absolute pleasure coming to this location.
