  Room was extremely damp and smelt like mould. Very positive the humidity in the room and foul smell got my partner and I sick and we couldn't get out of there quicker. Would not recommend staying here. Extremely dissapointing for a diamond select member of best western

  Do not stay here! The hotel itself is fine, but staff is the issue. We checked into our room put our bags into room and went for supper. We came back and noticed a few items we had were missing, went to front desk and they said no one has access and we’re pretty much defending themselves, asked for camera footage from hallway and they denied. No point in trying to resolve anything with the staff here! Even the manager ignored us We are platinum member and we made police report and we’ll deal with corporate instead.

  By far the Best hotel experience!!!! I love the upbeat attitude from the housekeepers and the breakfast staff. You can tell they work hard to keep the guests coming back again and again! The breakfast is always hot and fresh! So many varieties for everyone. That is why the name is BEST Western. I will definitely be coming back.

  As a disabled veteran with service dog , I am awaiting housing in greater Fargo area. I am also recovering from a spinal surger. I would just like to take a moment to thank the management of this hotel, they check in on me every day, Their rooms are clean, The guests are quiet and respectful. It feels more like family atmosphere than other hotels I’ve stayed in, To include ones in this area. There are Easily access to walking areas for service dog, and shopping close by. I am grateful for this hotel and the way they treat their guests.GR
