  For the cost of this hotel, there are a lot of other hotels that will better serve you. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times and let me tell you, this hotel has went downhill considerably. There was duct tape holding the carpets together, in multiple locations, there was mold in the shower surround, there was a bra left hanging up on the back of my door. The bathroom had obviously not been cleaned because, how would the bra be left there. As another user stated, the hot tub was green in it and the pool looked even worse. I chose not to swim, because it looked terrible. I would highly recommend you stay someplace else. In the photos below you will see the carpet held together with duct tape, many trip hazards and these are just pics taken to get to my room. Then the last pic is one corner of the shower surround.

  This place is a dump and a scam. I booked here for the TR Library opening since everything else showed full. They jacked their prices up because of that. We begrudgingly spent almost $900 on a room for 2 night since the only other hotels at the time showing availabilities were those $50 a night motels. This is supposed to be a 3.5 star hotel and compared to the fact the other hotels in the area are 2 star we expected it to be somewhat worth the cost. We check in and the lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke even though it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel. The outside of the hotel is falling apart. The rooms are musty and no matter how long you run the ac are still stuffy and the tub is permanently yellow. Even the hallways are a disaster. The carpet is coming up and held down by duck tape at thresholds. The breakfast may as well be nonexistent. There are pre-packaged pastries, wet eggs, and gas station level coffee. To make matters worse I notice there are still rooms available and I checked the prices for the same room and the same nights it’s about half the cost. I ask the desk about reducing the rate I paid since it’s cheaper now and these rooms are terrible and they won’t do anything. At this point I’m tempted to charge back on my card because it feels like a complete scam.

  This place desperately needs a rehab. The staff are responsive and will help how they can which is nice. Bedsheets are torn, AC filters dirty, and the drains don’t drain well. When we checked into the first room, the TV was broken so they moved us to another room, which was great. But then the second room still had previous guests towels behind the door. Again, the staff was very helpful, but don’t expect much from this place. The furniture needs a steam cleaning or, better yet, replaced. It’s not torn up, just very worn out. Excellent location, close to highway and shops.

  At first glance the room looks clean but once I started to get settled I realized how unclean it was. There is hair everywhere. Stains on the walls. Stains on the curtains. Random wires coming out of the walls. Very dim lighting. Then I got to the bed. I didn’t have any sheets on the bed. It was very uncomfortable. No easy to access outlets for charging. ALSO it’s weird that the only window in the room was overlooking the pool. Definitely recommend finding somewhere else to stay.

  This place is absolutely disgusting. I drove 12 hours over night with my family (husband and 2 kids unter 13) from wisconsin. We called on the road the day before (friday evening around 7pm) concerning our arrival time wasn't until 4 possibly 5am the next day and we didn't want to pay for a room for 4 hours as check out is usually 9am-11am depending. The woman we spoke with (come to find out she happens to b town neighbors from back home) she assured us reservation was made for Saturday even though it would be early morning hours we would be staying until Sunday morning check out. We reiterated before disconnecting the call. Upon arrival the gentleman working front desk was rude to my husband questioning why she said we could check in at 4am. Had NO idea who she would have been (though she would have been on a schedule or present to be relieved from her shift when he clocked in.) My husband mentioned she said she was from said town and the man's response was " that tells me nothing" he was rude enough for my husband to walk on eggshells immediately. We achieve check in around 445am and drag ourselves up to bed.. Well, we enter into room ××17 And as mom does, i began immediately making the kids beds. I unfold the sofa bed with no mattress pad or protection, no pillows for it blanket or sheets. I'm in housekeeping at home and I get it stuff gets missed so no problem I had to run back down to the car anyway so I called down to have some pulled for me to come get, before I could say I'd come down I was hung up on, 15 minutes later i was waiting at the elevator watching down the hall incase he took the stairs I didn't want to miss each other and have the door knocked on, husband sleeping, son sleeping and daughter falling asleep sitting up waiting. I took blankets and told him if he hadn't hung up on me I was saying I'd have come down.. he tossed into my arms a bed set that CLEARLY had just been rolled up off another bed. Rather wrinkly but whatever... I assume clean. Go to the room me her bed finally run down and get my last few things and come up to shower and hit the bed. To find the McDonald's burger box and a fork under the couch, crap on the toilet, food in the microwve, filth on both mirrors, 2 wash rags 4 hand towels 3 body towels soap scum and toothpaste spat on the faucet..and MORE! I start taking photos family now fast asleep i (now 538am) walk my very Unhappy a$ down to the lobby where the man was watching his phone out of sight from my view and when he comes out and I share this information he tells me I can wake my family and move.. the manager has no schedule at all and comes when she wants. He's just front desk and has no access ANY cleaning supplies for me to clean the room... even soap.. He had nothing. He again said he's just front desk. Housekeeping will be here today...Speechless.. i mean i was jaw dropped. I turned aroundand walked away. Back to the 160 dollar dirty suite to bar soap clean so i can shower and know my family is in a bathroom at the minimum... it is currently 556am on Saturday and I woke up on Friday with my husband (a lumberjack) at 630am to send him off to work. He came home after 5pm and we loaded and left home. DO NOT stay here!! I AM DISGUSTED. My hospitality years of experience in hospitality, front desk, waitress, housekeeping(private, public, and residential) bartending= 10+ years. Never ever in my line. I am only leaving 1 starbecause I can't leave -10. Oh! In a room that sleeps 4 adults, 2 towels is the hotel standard. I wasn't offered more when I mentioned we have 4 people and the numbers of linens we didn't have
