  I did not have a good stay, the room was dusty and dirty . And when I spoke with the manager Elaine, she was rude and acted like she did not want to give me clean towels and soap. It was a very unpleasant stay, I wouldn’t recommend staying here

  The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at front desk lady tonight was rude. Cus I asked about a curfew, I can hear the music in my room from a wedding. I’m here because I got married yesterday and staying here for our honeymoon. The room isn’t even what I wanted called a few weeks ago and could barely hear the person on the phone only my echo. Was told it is load because they have a bar and events and it’s in the reviews don’t even read them till tonight. Never have I ever stayed at a hotel with out a curfew for noise. the hotel smell like sewer. And our single jet tub was dirty as well. The door doesn’t lock when I leave my room.

  Hotel is old, ducktape on carpet, 1 elevator is broke, room was dirty. Beer caps and French fries on floor.

  I called to check if my room had the spa tub could barely hear the lady. It echoed on my end of what I was saying. So now I’m going with a leap of faith for our wedding night hoping it has a spa tub in our room…

  This has been one of the grossest hotels I have ever stayed at! The hot tub was green. Jets barley worked and looked slimmy. The pool had a green sludge along the side of the pool, no towles and were expected to use towles from our room but didnt even have enough towles for everyone staying. Carpets dirty stained and taped down. Smelt like sewage when walking down the hall. The breakfast was not even worth it. And when checking out the lady already had attitude to who ever she was talking to and slammed the phone down. Phone rang again and rolled her eyes. I had asked if I could put my rewards on because I forgot and got told no. Which ok my fault but I have always been asked if I had a rewards number at every best western except for this one! DO NOT STAY HERE!
