  Dated and needs improved. Air conditioner barely worked which lead to the room being extremely musty. Door had to be pulled hard shut when leaving to make sure to locked. Pillows were hard lumps. Breakfast was stale pastries, over cooked rubber sausage, and green eggs. Not what I am used to under the Best Western brand.

  Lady at the front desk would not let me use the card that I booked the hotel under because I didn't have that card physically with me. She insisted she could not use that information and I had to physically scan a card at the desk. She tried to explain it was so that I could not cancel the card and screw the hotel out of their money. That explanation makes no sense whatsoever because it would be exactly the same process for me to cancel a card off of the reservation as it would be to cancel the card used to scan at the desk. Nothing is more secure either way. The only thing this accomplished was to screw me out of my cash back points that I would have earned had I used the card I wanted to that they wouldn't let me. And yes they were both Visa cards so if anyone's thinking it's because it was American Express or something else no that was not the case. I have stayed at literally hundreds of hotels all over the United States and this is the very first time I have ever ran into this ridiculousness. I will book elsewhere from now on so I can use the credit card of my choice in this hotel doesn't have to worry about how easy it is to cancel one over the other.

  This place is still ran down. I came here 16 months ago and Best Western promised they make them remodel or remove their brand name. Well they did fix the hot water but it is still ran down. So many newer hotels. Don't stay here. So dirty.

  This place is severely run down and dirty! I wish I would've taken photos but didn't think of it at the time. Aside from the the fact this place needs a renovation, mamy ither areas need attention. The mini refrigerator in our room was dirty and we had to clean it out before using it. The mattresses on the beds were super worn out, sagging in the middles. The hot tub water looked greenish brown and smelled of urine, trash was in the hallways and overflowing trashcan at entrances for multiple days. The breakfast attendant practically followed us around and hassled my son for getting 2 bowls of cereal! Don't even get me started on the AC didn't work super dirty filters, dirty lobby bathrooms. The place is just not well kept. I would've left however I booked through a 3rd party site and couldn't get the hotel to guarantee they'd confirm early check out for a refund. We made do for a few days and still left a day early.

  I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this hotel stay was so awful it deserves a warning label. The pullout couch bed was literally all springs — worn out to the point they were poking through the mattress. My child couldn’t even sleep on it without us putting a sheet over the entire couch because the mattress was unusable. Every piece of furniture — the couch, cushions, chairs — was covered in stains. The room smelled strongly of pet odor, and the carpet was stained everywhere you looked. The office chair looked like it was picked up from a junkyard, and honestly most of the furniture matched that vibe. Even the carpet in the main hallways was coming up and duct‑taped to the floor. The bathroom fan didn’t work. Our room keys stopped working constantly, even though we kept them in a separate pocket and nowhere near our phones. Breakfast was so gross that we didn’t eat it a single morning we were there. The bar soap and shampoo were awful — we had to run to the store for allergy medicine, eye drops, and our own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. To top it off, there was a beetle crawling on the floor. What makes it even worse is how overpriced this place was. I normally stay at Hilton or Marriott chains because I know what I’m getting, but everything was booked and we didn’t have many options. After this experience, I will never again stray from the hotels I trust. This place needs a full renovation, deep cleaning, and new management. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
