  As a platinum member, this location was very underwhelming compared to other HIE I have stayed at. First, the elevator was broken. I know that is not the staffs fault, but we had a big family and hauling a bunch of things up and down the steps wasn’t ideal, especially for my mother who doesn’t do steps well. Second, one of the reasons we booked the hotel was for the pool, which wasn’t enjoyable. I smelt horribly of chlorine to the point it would burn our eyes. There was never staff positioned at the front desk, which I found very odd during normal hours. You always had to ring a bell to get someone’s attention. I understand at night they do that, but strange to for busy hours. The rooms were disappointing as well. We were going to be staying here on our return from our trip, but I canceled it and booked a different hotel instead.

  the elevator was broken when I arrived. I went to my room and the bathroom sink was dirty and clogged, water would not drain. I asked for a different room and the second room had a large clump of hair on the bathroom floor. the housekeeping staff lived in 5th wheel trailers in the parking lot. terrible

  So disappointed in this hotel. First thing we get there and the elevator is out of order. You would think l they would then have someone to help get our things up to the third floor. I have a problem with steps due to a bad ankle and a bad knee on the other leg. We decided to park close to the side steps. Then we the side door key card thing did not work. The room was a bit bad too. The windows are all fogged up, the outlets do not hold a plug in anymore, broken hanging lamp shade, and really bad mattresses. The one side was so broken down that you have to sleep in the middle so you do not roll out of the bed. We way overpaid for this place.

  The main reason we chose this hotel was the breakfast, they highlighted the pancake machine and cinnamon rolls which i knew both of my kids would eat. The pancake machine wasn’t operational because they ran out of batter. They also advertise a 110 foot long water slide which they didn’t have water running to. We tried to ask front desk and no one was around. Usually never write reviews but spending a lot of money for a below average experience. A lot of options in this area, if I were to do it again I would choose another.
