Mother’s Day can sometimes feel a bit hectic, but Alice went completely out of her way to make sure my wife felt seen and celebrated. Her kindness wasn't just "part of the job"—it was genuine, warm, and deeply appreciated. It’s rare to find someone so attentive and thoughtful, and she truly turned a standard stay into a memorable holiday for us. To the Management: Alice is a phenomenal asset to your team. - SLSean LodgeMay 7, 20261.0The hotel is very ran down. It feels dirty, when I got into my room it was not 100% cleaned from the last person that stays there. There are broken things in the room. The lamps look like there was a frat party in the room. There’s mold and water damage in the shower area. The front desk person was not friendly at all. Simply handed my keys and said when your done signing the paper your done.

I know it was left on the hook in the bathroom so someone kept it. I had sentimental value to it due to it was a relatives jacket that is no longer with us. Whatever you do, don’t forget anything here. You will not get it back.

Thanks
