  The guy at the front desk was the nicest, most friendly person we've had during our entire trip regarding hotel staff. We didn't get in until nearly 2:00 am so I called ahead to check for rooms and he was very friendly and accommodating on the phone. When we finally arrived, he greeted us with a smile and great attitude and it was a nice change from all the other hotels we stayed at. After a long day of driving, he made us feel welcome and not a nuisance for checking in so late. The hotel itself was slightly above average for the price but nothing noteworthy. The front lobby, rooms, and beds were clean and comfortable with all the amenities (TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) you'd expect with a hotel.

  Our room was very dirty - water-stained curtains and layers of dust. They were out of soap and shampoo due to a "shipping error". The hot breakfast offerings were depleted at 7am and not replaced by 7:25am.

  The service was fine fine but the building and rooms could use a serious update. The parking lot is a wreck and has way too many handicap spaces per regular spaces. I can totally understand the need for handicap spaces, but when they take up almost a third of your parking lot, there's definitely something wrong.

  I had to change rooms due to lack of cleanliness. Second room was better but still had a dirty toilet seat. Thankfully, the staff were very receptive and understanding of the issue and were able to work with my credit card company to get my discount. Lots of hairs all over both rooms. Breakfast isn't restocked very well, particularly the fridge with yogurts and such.
