  Because of my experience here, I will never stay at a best Western again. They have major plumbing issues, and did not provide breakfast. The room pictures are false and the bathrooms are very tiny. I am not a picky hotel guest and have stayed in many brand hotels and been fine with it because you get what you pay for. This place IS NOT WORTH THE PRICE.

  Just saw a roach in my room which I killed. I haven’t seen a roach in so long it made me want to leave! Now i can’t sleep and will have to shake out my luggage in the morning before I leave. Don’t do it!!

  Rooms were a bit old and the faucet leaked but the bedw were nice. Service was good, but not excellent. People were friendly but also didn't go out of their way to ask if you needed help. Location next to Nova was helpful!

  Very friendly staff. Stayed in room 503. It was like the AC would cool, but not dehumidify. Very stuffy anytime we were in the room very long. Elevators weren't the best. Daily service was great.

  The only redeeming quality about this hotel is how nice the staff is. Other than that, I'd give it a 1 star bc this place was disgusting. It had a general musty kind of smell, the "hot" water was room temperature and not hot at all, the faucet in the shower was broken, there was mildew around the cracked ceiling, there was random dirty fingerprints all over the door. Then this morning when we were all having breakfast, the ceiling started leaking in the dining are and there was several tiles all throughout the hotel that had clear water damage. It was just a hot mess. The location is convenient to the mall, but I would recommend spending the extra $ to stay at literally any other hotel.
