- MKMonique KSep 16, 20261.0GROSS!!!! WON'T STAY HERE AGAIN!!! Hair inside the bedsheets!!! Plumbing issues (completely blocked tub); hot water issues; Carpets stank and was peeling. Asked to be moved to another room. Still plumbing issues!!! Smelt like mildew; peeling paint, tap in bath dripped all night, walls and door were dirty and grubby. Couldn't have a shower in the second room either (slow draining and no hot water) but we just gave up and went to sleep. We were too grossed out to eat the breakfast. I didn't trust the hygiene of the place. I felt like I needed a shower after I left. Would never stay here again!!! How does this place even have the Best Western brand!!!!!

The room had a noticeable damp/musty smell, and the refrigerator was unbelievably loud. It made a constant grinding noise that sounded like a machine running in the room and made it very difficult to rest. I have a video showing exactly how loud it was. I was also disappointed with the pricing. I was charged about $30 more for the room than the price I found online. On top of that, the deposit policy seems inconsistent — sometimes I have been charged a deposit and other times I haven’t. As a regular customer who stayed here almost every month, I expected much better. Room 506 completely changed my opinion of this hotel. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning.
