- AVAustyn VandergriffSep 11, 20261.0It wasn't bad but the elevator has been down for 4 days and I have yet to see someone work on it the people at the front desk do things from 11am to 3:30pm other then that it's on you so hope you don't need anything
- DDDean DuncanSep 4, 20265.0Tonia, is a phenomenal customer service representative!! She is extremely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. As a Marine Corps Veteran I am extremely thankful for her excellent customer service. She should be recognized for going above and beyond, all with pleasantry and a smile on her face. Tonia is an amazing asset to this Holiday Inn Express and the company as a whole!!
- BDBob DavisAug 10, 20263.0Holiday Inn Express & Suites is usually our go-to choice because the properties are typically well-maintained and offer a reliable breakfast. Unfortunately, this location fell far short of that standard. While the room was clean, it was poorly maintained. The walls were marked and scraped, the doors were chipped, and the furniture had visible spots. You could even see where someone patched a hole in the wall with spackle, painted directly over it without sanding it down, and called it a day. On a positive note, the person working the front desk was very nice and helpful. However, that good impression was undercut when housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:50 AM despite our "Do Not Disturb" sign being displayed. When asked, she said she was just checking because guests sometimes leave without taking the sign down. Housekeeping should verify room status with the front desk before knocking and disturbing guests during their stay. Highly disappointed overall.
