- TMTawanda MillerSep 19, 20262.0I was in Wilson for a funeral which I had to speak at the following day. I came a day early so that I would be rested from the 3 hour drive. The room (105) had a strong odor, plumbing was coming out of the wall in the shower and the shower curtains were torn straight across the top. I was unable to sleep due to the loud dishwasher running at midnight in the next room. I was relieved that they moved me to another room (125), which was much nicer than the first one. Unfortunately, I ended up with bug bites all over both of my calves. I reported the bug bites over the phone, and have yet to receive a response.
- AGAndrew GasperSep 16, 20261.0Walked downstairs bc my key wasn’t working around 7:30 in the morning. Front desk attendant was outside and saw me walk in with my bags that i had retrieved from my car. She walked back inside and rather than help me for 2 min she put a sign up that said they would be back and walked out. Total dick move.
- TFTrista FlowersSep 4, 20261.0If I could give zero stars I would! I have never been to a hotel where a sign is up and states that someone will be there in 30 minutes because the person that comes in is late so the other person had left. We waited 40 minutes before leaving and going somewhere else.
