Left to work and placed do not disturb sign on my door , when arrived found window shades open my ac off and a cabinet drawer open as if it was searched . Called front desk to ask and was told that a/c company was doing service to my ac unit . I was never informed called or texted about someone entering my room for ac service .disappointed . I had left my ac on shades closed and I did not open drawers ,I don’t use them . Feel violated in space . My stay was not free . A courtesy call email text or note on my room door night before would have done the trick . …….

Rooms are nice and spacious and the location is great. There are lots of places to eat and a grocery store all within walking distance. I don't like that they have removed the coffee makers from all the rooms instead opting for a fresh grind and brew maker in the lobby that's available 24 hours. I don't like having to leave my room to get a cup of morning coffee, but this seems to be a chain wide trend. That decision is not based on the comfort of the guests!

I stayed at this location in July 2026 and was shocked at what I found. Upon arrival, I found the exterior of the building itself to be beautiful; it appears to be a relatively new IHG property. That was where the good impression ended. The trash cans at the entrance were overflowing and never addressed for the entirety of my stay. It got to the point where the trash was starting to blow across the rest of the property. Similarly, full trash bags presumably gathered by the housekeeping staff were piled up at the second floor elevator station. Not for 15 minutes or an hour, but for the entirely of my stay. A dirty toilet plunger greeted me when I entered the elevator to go to my room. I don't know how long it had been there, but it remained there for at least a few hours after I checked in. The most disturbing sight I witnessed was a gathering of men in the parking lot having a full-on cookout amidst the vehicles of hotel guests. They had a lit charcoal grill and coolers full of beer, and remained out there for hours watching streaming video on one of their phones propped up on the back of their truck. I feel safe in saying they were not guests of the hotel but even if they were, being permitted to have an open flame around other vehicles in the parking lot? It was nothing less than appalling. Pictures are provided but aren't currently showing up for some reason. Hopefully they will be available so potential guests as well as management can see what I've described here. It seems that many IHG properties have been steadily declining in quality while simultaneously raising their prices. I've read industry articles which continue to cite COVID as the reason many hotel chains, including IHG, are experiencing challenges with maintaining quality. I'm sorry, but we are 6 years removed from the COVID pandemic. Businesses can't continue to go to that excuse well forever. I've traditionally been a very loyal IHG customer with many, many stays at their properties each year. At one time I had accrued nearly 500k points as a result of my repeated business with them. But the downward trend I've personally observed with IHG has caused me to burn most of those points and greatly curtail my patronage. If you are considering this location for lodging, I would encourage you to explore other options.

Kaydance and Charlene's customer service was outstanding! They made us feel right at home on our 33erd Anniversary! The breakfast was delicious! Better than most hotel food! The staff is what makes this hotel special! Highly recommend!

Not very happy. I was assured rooms would be ready at 3pm. Unfortunately after being up all night long, I arrived at 330pm only to be told none of the rooms are ready. The desk people were polite about it, but nothing was done to move the process along. They offered me coffee, but again, after being up all night being on duty, then driving all the way here, the last thing I want is to be up even longer. Will revise later if something changes, but VERY disappointed as of now as I wait in the lobby wanting to go to sleep.
