  This was a terrible experience. Our first room smelled like an ash tray. The second room we were given was dirty. No one mopped the floors and the bathrooms were not clean. The entire hotel smells like cigarettes. The hotel is unable to accommodate reasonable standards. Do NOT recommend.

  As soon as I got here the issues began. I booked a double queen room and they had me in a king room, for 4 of us. They did comp an extra room so I was grateful for that. We got upstairs and one of the rooms had a bathroom sink with the pipe not connected so when u turn on the water it goes all over the floor, they came to fix it after 11pm but we were all asleep. The kids found alcohol under one of the beds, there's hair in the shower, the carpets are not vacuumed well, mostly in the hallway it's very dirty. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast was very good but I would not give this hotel a high recommendation considering the room was over $200 a night.

  The lobby was clean and modern, the coffee is good but inconveniently located- no in-room coffee. The carpets in the upstairs hallways are filthy. The carpet in my room felt slightly damp the whole time. There is mildew around the bathtub and the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke. Worst of all, I was kept up ALL NIGHT by the people above me. The front desk was absolutely no help. I tried offering feedback at checkout and that girl was also flippant. I had several long days of medical testing nearby and got zero rest at this hotel.

  Left to work and placed do not disturb sign on my door , when arrived found window shades open my ac off and a cabinet drawer open as if it was searched . Called front desk to ask and was told that a/c company was doing service to my ac unit . I was never informed called or texted about someone entering my room for ac service .disappointed . I had left my ac on shades closed and I did not open drawers ,I don’t use them . Feel violated in space . My stay was not free . A courtesy call email text or note on my room door night before would have done the trick . …….
