  Horrible experience…… room smelt awful, when we arrived we picked up a handful of old M&M Peanuts out of the floor! So clearly they didn’t clean the “suite” we were staying in. If you wanted hot water, you got Luke warm at best ONLY if you waited a minimum of 10 minutes to get it. Being a Gold Elite member, this has me second guessing on whether I should take my business elsewhere! Save your money and go somewhere else in Wilmington!

  Check in was easy with a prior reservation. Quick, and friendly service as well. Lounge/dining area is good size. Breakfast for everyone, every morning as well. The room, nice and comfortable as I entered- Clean, and restroom too. No funky smells. Shower worked great too. Comfortable bed as well. Large TV screen is nice too. Pillows are great too. No flat ones or weird chunk filled ones. The window datk out shade is way better than curtains.

  The location of the hotel is fine. I have been an IHG member for over 5 years and this is the worse experience I have ever had. For starters the water did not exit out the tub while trying to shower. I then tried calling down to the desk from my room and the phone did not work. I called from my cell phone and they sent up a guy, but I was told he is not maintenance because they're gone for the night. After he arrived and was unable to correct the issue, he returned and said he would follow up. Although polite, I was told he isn't maintenance so I walked down with my child to see what they were doing to fix the problem. After several minutes the front desk rep said the manager stayed on the ground and would be down in 5 minutes. As I am standing the women came down, asked where the man was they sent up originally, and walked away. She NEVER SAID one word to me (i was the only person standing at the desk during this time). I assumed she was going to update me once she found the man sent up. However, she did not return. I mentioned to the front desk rep how unprofessional that whole thing was. As I return to my room, the manager is standing outside of my room. (Mind you: I have their do not enter sign on the door). She goes on to say, "are you in this room? It is fixed.) I explained to her that she should not have entered into my room with that sign regardless and she was very unprofessional as she knew I was downstairs with her front desk rep. DO NOT STAY. If I could they would get 0 stars. The front desk and man that tried to assist were nice.

  Steven and the team are friendly, helpful and make you feel home away from home! They usually have some evening sweet treats and a nice pool to relax in. The rooms are clean and comfy. I've stayed more than once.

  Lynn, is great last two weeks she's been wonderful. Good presents,and wonderful attitude. Knows what customer service is..
