  Very, Very, very clean room, bed was very comfortable with a nicely made bed, plenty of towels, the lady at the fro t desk very polite.

  Kay, the night shift auditor/front desk contact, was extremely helpful when I was having issues getting my work computer connected. Her attitude was genuinely caring and helpful. She knew immediately how to get me fast help, which worked. I truly appreciate employees like her. Other front desk and service staff at this hotel were all very pleasant and helpful.

  Upon arrival, I was placed in a handicap-accessible room. While I don’t have an issue with that in general, the shower setup was extremely difficult to use. At 6 feet tall, the shower height was very low, making it uncomfortable and not ideal for a standard guest experience. Additionally, the following morning I encountered a bug crawling on the floor of the room. I chose not to make a scene and handled it myself, but I did notify the front desk. The response I received was an offer of bug spray, which did not feel like an appropriate resolution given the situation. Overall, this experience fell short of expectations, especially as someone who regularly stays with your brand.

  BW Plus Market St, Wilmington/WB is an excellent way-lay spot for us to leave our car and access the ILM for travel, we stay over going and coming and it is a wonderfull place for ourselves to stay and the car is safe & looked after. They receive us late, and breakfast is the best here of all other locations we've used. Staff is friendly, attentive and represents BWP at its best. We are gold members and always thanked for being loyal.

  We are very impressed with this hotel. They are extremely nice and go above and beyond to make sure your stay goes well. Everything looks updated ,clean ,and comfortable. Not to mention the great breakfast every morning! Outstanding!
