  We stayed six nights and the check-in was easy and the staff was exceptionally friendly and gave us a complementary book on Wilmington, North Carolina and complementary waters. Anytime I needed something or had a question. They were very helpful. I can honestly say this is the first place that I’ve stayed at that I haven’t smelt marijuana, which was wonderful!! The pool area was very nice. They had towels available down there for you. Met some really nice people!! I would highly recommend the Best Western at Wilmington/Wrightsville!!

  We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and modern the property was! We loved our room! The bed was comfortable and room was clean and well appointed. The decor was nice and the bathroom was very clean! Breakfast was really GOOD! It was hot and our host Stephy was wonderful! She was helpful and kept options stocked. The dining area was very nice and clean. Thank you for great service. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

  Best Western Plus exceeded my expectations with the service given by the staff. Breakfast Attendant Ms. Stephy did an amazing job with the breakfast bar. The food was hot and delicious. The bar never ran low of items. However the best part of the breakfast was Ms. Steph herself! She greeted guests with a big smile and “Good Morning “ Anything that was needed Ms Steph accommodated. Small conversations from Ms. Stephy made guests feel “seen” and appreciated. The most important touch is the human touch. Ms. Stephy gives the “human touch “ to travelers like me. Thank you Ms. Stephy.

  Our room was very clean and beds were nice & comfy ! The entire hotel smelled soo nice throughout the entire stay . The staff there were extremely friendly and welcoming ! And the location of the hotel was perfect everything such as restaurants ,stores, & gas stations were within 5-10 min distance . Overall very please with our stay at this hotel I would recommend 1000% to any one visiting the area !

  I gabe 5 stars for great the customer service is at this place. These ppl work so well together. I dont remember everybodys names but Tammy was absolutely amazing! Also the taczsha (i completely spelt that wrong🤦‍♀️) where great. I never had this level of service EVER at a hotel. Rooms are good and the place is clean. Might not be a 5 stare hotel but id pick this place over some other upscale hotels just because the service is so great. Of u have an issue just let them know. They really try to have you have the best experience with them.
