  It's clean and fine, but not upscale. No on-site restaurant. Probably the best in West Jefferson.

  My reservation was made two week prior to arriving and when I arrived they had no rooms I have tried for two day and numerous phone call to the front dest to talk with a manger left messages no response.This is in West Jefferson NC you would think a little town someone will respond.Was planning to stay for three months while home was under construction.I simple phone fron the front desk would of been nice.

  Staff was very friendly BUT my tv & bathroom didn’t work AND the fire alarms went off in the evening when starting to fall asleep & lasted for an hour 1/2! Found out someone had burnt popcorn in their microwave. Understand that is not the staff’s fault, HOWEVER there was absolutely nobody in charge to facilitate & direct us guests on what to do, what was occurring,. We did not feel safe & that was a problem. The staff needs training on how to conduct a future event like what occurred Sat, June 20th & also fix the tv I& fan in room 319.

  Rooms were clean Water was hot Rooms smelled great. Michael was very helpful checking us in we had forgot somethings and he was able to provide us with some items we needed. Thanks micheal.
