  Such a terrible night. I think the resident next to me might have lived there under some kind of arrangement. IDK. But I went to sleep to a blaring TV. I was too tired by the time I got there to even make changes. I was in town to adopt a dog and had my other dog in tow. Anyway, at 3, it was definitely some medical device alarming. And since the occupant couldn't hear their phone or the person at their door, that's how it stayed. I just drove home, at that point. Fully haggard. I tried to speak to someone at IGH about it. They kindly thanked me for my data, and offered me an absolute insult for compensation. I will go out of my WAY to avoid this brand, in the future. Garbage. Re: management response, below. They will not compensate me until I remove this review. Stellar.

  We stayed here a few weeks ago as other cheaper places are homeless shelters now. Im all for housing people, but when your motel wreaks of pot and curry, and smoking gatherings at every exit, its rather awful. Our experience here was pleasant. The place is super clean which is so unlike most other places these days. The front desk clerk could have been better dressed- low cut crop tops dont exactly scream "professional", unless of course its a different profession. Anyway, the hotel is in a quiet area, and we didnt hear anyone or any sirens all night. THAT alone would get 5 stars from us. The only issue I had was them charging a $50 deposit without telling me. I get it- its a common practice these days, but don't charge me and not tell me. Frankly, it costs a little more but the peace of mind of being a little cleaner, and safer is worth it.

  When I showed up to the hotel I was thinking it would be old fashion but it was very nice. The rooms very clean . The staff very nice and friendly and helpful.

  Clean room with a kitchette. Bed was comfortable. Suck they don't serve breakfast. Staff at first desk gave me a lame excuse. Told me because there a kitchette it not needed 🤔. I've stayed at few candlewood in other states and they definitely served breakfast there. Location it in a nice and quiet area. Overall it was good.
