  Excellent customer service! I went to retrieve my charger from the car and got locked out my room at 1:00 am. The front desk attendant was helpful and professional. Kudos to the staff!!! Having some repairs done but it was quiet and the comfy. I was there on business so it was an early checkout but breakfast did not disappoint. I’ve added pics. There was a to go bag for my fruit and bacon🤭

  Very clean Holiday. Location by restaurants and shopping. I use this hotel as a stop over on the way to Garden Citr South Carolina.

  I've stayed in dozens of hotels in this price range, and this Holiday Inn is - by far - the cleanest one I've ever seen. The entire hotel (including the rooms) has a very gentle scent that's like a (very very mild) mild bleach combined with a gentle freshness. I am sensitive to strong aromas, and this one was perfect. The elevator makes scary noises - mostly at the 3rd floor. I did notice it was inspected on July 6 (exactly one week before my arrival), so it's harmless sounds. Best to stay on first or second floors if that makes you panicky. Also, coffee is available 24/7 (hallelujah!!!) and there is a single cup coffeemaker in the room. Decor and furnishings were pleasant and relaxing, and the room was spacious. Thank you to these owners for operating the hotel so well, and to the staff for taking pride in their work.
