  This hotel misled me about the cancellation policy which I was told is 24hr in advance. When I called 4 days in advance to cancel they said the CX policy is 7 days in advance and charged my credit card immediately almost $400. That is dishonest. Worse yet, the manager told me she'd "take care of it" meaning get me my refund, but she failed to do that. Beware of this place.

  The young man that check me in was very pleasant. Also, the woman who assisted me after midnight, when I returned, was nice. Therefore, no issues at all with service. As for the rooms, the bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, however there were a few things that needed some TLC. I noticed that the tub has some 'alleged mold'. I say 'alleged' because I work in the PM industry and mold has to be test, also all mold is not bad, however, it is an eye sour. Therefore, the tub was definitely in need of caulking. Also, it took the hot water an EXTREMELY long time to get hot. The water at the sink never got hot, only luke warm. When I took a shower, I let the water run for a few minutes and it still wasn't hot so I simply went for it, lol! I was almost finished with my shower befor it got hot. Also, the bottom of the bathroom door was totally warped which is usually caused by HEAVY MOISTURE ABSORPTION, which also explains the 'alleged mold'. Their was a exhaust fan in the bathroom however, it didn't work. Finally, I needed to do some work in the lobby before heading out, and housekeeping/staff was having lunch. I'm totally for staff getting together to have a nice lunch, however, I'm surprised they don't have a private lunch room to eat in. I say this because the lady who apparently provided the meal for the staff, reddish hair, freckles, looked older than the other young ladies, was VERY LOUD. I was actually sitting in that area before she came, 3 other housekeeping staff members came but were speaking modestly. However, once this young lady came, she was simply too loud. To see a guest sitting there working, and you start yelling etc., was totally unprofessional. This is still a place of business, not YOUR home. There was also a larger, tall gent who was also pretty loud. I also noticed that the gent who worked the front desk came over, and he stared getting pretty loud as well. I'm sure they meant no harm, however, it was still disrespectful and out of place to be in an open area, where guest come and go, and a guest working, and totally disregard their presence. I am totally not staying they had to whisper, lol, however, you would have thought some of them were at a backyard BBQ. I have a feeling that this isn't the first time this has happened either. They simply need to be more mindful when guest are in their presence, because I could have simply been an undercover 'corporate employee' ;-)!

  Had a great stay here Buson working at the desk was phenomenal he was very friendly and went above and beyond bringing us extra pillows and bringing our receipt to the door while we slept. 10/10 reccomend

  Easy location to stay for US Kids World Championships! Gotta love the practice green in the front parking lot 😎

  Excellent customer service! I went to retrieve my charger from the car and got locked out my room at 1:00 am. The front desk attendant was helpful and professional. Kudos to the staff!!! Having some repairs done but it was quiet and the comfy. I was there on business so it was an early checkout but breakfast did not disappoint. I’ve added pics. There was a to go bag for my fruit and bacon🤭
