- MEMary EverettOct 22, 20263.0Had a booking issue that was no fault of the hotel, but the check-in staff was quite rude, condescending and unhelpful about it. I went across the road to Tru, paid an early check-in fee and wasn’t treated like an annoyance there.
- CBCooper BondaventoOct 17, 20262.0It was fine, good hotel for a quick stay. But room was stinky (like dirty socks) when we arrived and it caused headaches. Windows do not open so there was no way to vent the place. How it cannot be a safety hazard ? Rooms must be ventilated regularly!
- ABamber brooksOct 16, 20265.0This is a wonderful hotel, it’s clean and in a good location but what makes it extra special is the front desk attendant Nikki. Nikki answered every question we had and she was a delight the entire time. I visited the hotel early since my mom and her friends would be staying there and Nikki checked their reservations to make sure everything was correct and when we got to the hotel she was there to welcome them with a smile and even put them in rooms close together. Nikki made this hotel stay one of the best any of us have ever experienced. I hope HIE sees this review and knows that they have very special person and an exemplary employee working at their hotel. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and lots of room. Breakfast is included and has hot items. Definitely will stop here on our next road trip.

They have Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower. By the sink, they have Dove hand wash and lotion. I love that this hotel has liquid pump hand soap when so many others just have a facial soap bar.
