  Breakfast was terrible. They didn't have much selection. Coffee urns were not refilled in a timely manner. Items were put out frozen. Pancake machine was not usable. Also, was given a key to a room that was locked from the inside(occupied?). Was told manager would call me but never received a call.

  Front desk evening person is amazing. Friendly and quick. Clean room and comfortable. Quiet rooms as well

  Had a nice stay, enjoy their cinnamon rolls. I prefer glass mugs for breakfast.

  It was a pleasant hotel to stop for a night. Beds were comfortable, so that's a plus! Staff was very polite and respectful. The free breakfast felt lacking, but we managed. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

  Is hard for me to give this Holiday Inn even a one star review. We use Holiday Inn all the time… This time it was for a group called Run for the Wall. Cookieswe ride our motorcycles across the United States for MIA Con, POAs and Veterans. After riding for six hours in extreme heat, we arrived at our hotel that was pre-booked months ago for our organization… Went to our room and we had no air-conditioning. It was over 75 degrees and extremely humid in the room. We tried to get the front desk to help us, but she was too busy to help us, as she said. When she did answer our question if we could be moved to another room, she said she did not have any other rooms for us to move to. We had to stay in our room with no air-conditioning that night. The maintenance man could not fix it. He said they have been replacing air conditioners in the hotel and this one has not been replaced yet. As I was getting ready to take a shower, I noticed hair on the floor and dirt in the bathroom. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. We never got a reimbursement for our stay, we have been trying to contact the manager since that day. She refuses to return our calls or accommodate us with a credit. The manager was supposed to come up to our room that night and talk to us. She never came to our room and not only that, she will not return our phone calls. This hotel is dirty, has poor customer service, and could care less about how you feel about their hotel.
