  Great hotel for a comfortable stay! The hotel is clean, the rooms are spotless, and the beds are very comfortable. They also offer a good breakfast, which is a nice bonus. The location is very convenient, close to I-95, making it a great choice for travelers passing through. Would definitely stay here again!

  New, good pit stop on I-95, but this is the First Holiday Inn Express we’ve stayed at with NO room coffee machines. So don’t let them put you on Hwy side of hotel 5th floor otherwise it’s a long trip for that 1st cup of coffee ☕️ in the morning for this Diamond Elite Member. And make sure, if you’re an old school traveler, I guess you ask for that coffee maker so you can carry it upstairs with your luggage. Found this little sign in the room at 5:30 AM this morning 🌞 Otherwise it’s up and down the elevator for that 24/7 available make your own coffee!

  I only have one complaint, I’ve stayed here 3 times in the last 3 months and this is the only Holiday Inn Express I’ve ever been in that only has Turkey sausage as a meat option for breakfast. All 3 times and on different days, Turkey sausage is the only meat. Every other IHG property always offer a pork sausage or bacon along with the turkey sausage. I’m confident in saying most would prefer pork over turkey. Please fix this cause I like staying here.

  They will not give me refund on a mistake. Accidentally booked for Sunday night instead of Saturday. They refuse to refund. Probably didn't book many rooms for a Sunday so they just stole my money. Will never book at a holiday inn again.

  Disappointing Experience and Poor Customer Service I was extremely upset with my experience at this hotel. I made a reservation the night before, only to be informed upon arrival that, as a local resident, I would be required to pay a $200 cash deposit. I explained my situation to the staff. I was having ceiling repairs done at my home and simply needed a place to stay for a couple of days to escape the extreme heat, with the heat index expected to reach 104-105 degrees. This was not a leisure stay or party situation. I was simply trying to stay comfortable and safe while repairs were being completed. What frustrated me most was that there was no effort made to accommodate me, discuss alternatives, or retain me as a guest. As a Silver Rewards Member, I expected at least some level of customer service or consideration. Instead, I was left with the choice of paying an unexpected $200 cash deposit or canceling my reservation. I chose to cancel and went to another hotel up the street. While it cost a little more for the room itself, I was not required to hand over $200 in cash just because I happened to live locally. Hotels certainly have the right to enforce their policies, but those policies should be clearly disclosed before arrival, and customer service should still matter. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unvalued as a guest and loyalty member. I will not be returning.
