The time between both stays were not that far apart and yet we were given conflicting information about the room price and the incidentals fee for an attempted third stay. The first time we stayed, we were informed that the hotel had recently stopped charging for incidentals, therefore, we were not charged. The second time we stayed, we were not charged an incidental fee. Well, yesterday, we attempted to book a room for a third visit and were told that this hotel ALWAYS charged for incidentals. This was not the case when we stayed the first 2 times so I don't know what the front desk worker was talking about. Both previous visits and this attempted third one was with the SAME employee, btw. We ended up choosing another hotel. Oh, and there's no breakfast at this location so bring your own groceries. Okay, now for the positives. The bathrooms were clean. The room were you purchase snacks and drinks is decent. They offer a variety of products. This location offers free coffee. It's pretty good and always hot. Lastly, guests can do their laundry for free so that's a bonus. There's a Slim Chickens restaurant right across the parking lot if you get hungry. I've never ate there so I don't know the quality of the food but there are other restaurants in the area. I hope this was helpful and happy traveling! ✈🚘
