  Nice front desk person, treated us the moment we walked in. Rooms are big, beds are like sleeping on clouds. Rooms are clean, shower pressure was perfect. Towels clean, offers Dove products. Would be nice to have a TV channel cheat sheet. Room stays cold, quiet at night. Breakfast included, nice hot food such as eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy. Justice and coffee.

  Right before the NC/VA state line. Perfect to stop and get up the next day to continue North bound and be in VA in 10 minutes.

  This is a decent enough place to stay. It's not as fancy as those other hotels that serve top notch breakfast and drinks. Or are immaculate when it comes to the bathroom in your room. Not that it is not clean but you can judge for yourself. I found a towel with a stain on it, which I would think they would take out of the rotation. Otherwise the smallish sized towels were adequate. Just enough for two people (without a third towel just in case you needed it. I'm sure you are allowed to ask but personally it should be included regardless. We also had issues with the TV remote. Looks like someone took the batteries and forgot to put anything back in. The TV had a power button but no way to change channels. Normally I just use the TV as white noise before going to sleep. Anyway all-in-all the stay was nice, but I was at least hoping for a better breakfast. Sure I could have just hit Crackle Barrel but I normally just like to eat at the hotel so we don't have to search for a spot. A minor complaint yes it is The staff was very nice and helpful. The lady who was doing the breakfast apologized for the lack of better food options. I don't blame her at all she was just doing her job but wasn't able to.

  Very clean, very quiet, friendly staff and the price was excellent. This is why I am an IHG Member. Never a disappointment.

  The location was perfect. The hotel was dog friendly. Room was OK. I refused to sit on the couch because I’m assuming it’s never been cleaned from the dogs so I decided to sit on the bed with my dark navy leggings when I stood up my butt and legs recovered in dog hair. It’s kind of strange because my dogs don’t shed obviously they never changed the thin bedspread on the bed. I don’t know why for some reason I thought it would be clean because it wasn’t like those fancy decorative ones I thought this was my actual blanket for the night and it was covered in someone else’s dog hair. The shower floor is grimy. It needs to be scrubbed with like a Brillo. it met our needs thank God we were there for 12 hours. We were on our way to New Jersey
