  We love staying here. The rooms are nice. More importantly the customer service is excellent especially Shaun at the front desk. After we checked in and went to our room, there were issues with the room. Shaun was so nice about it and assigned us another room and went to check out the new room assignment to ensure it was up to our standards. We stayed 3 nights and he greeted us and chatted with us each day. Breakfast was good and the breakfast ladies apologized for the delays getting food out due to an oven being down. The location is good and there is a McDonalds and Sheetz right there by the hotel.

  Shaun checked us in last night made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you Shaun for taking care of my family and making an easy night for us.

  Jailene and Varun were exceptional! The rooms were fantastic! So wonderful to see that Holiday inn Express took over the old Wyndham! 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ across the board!

  I had an absolutely horrible experience with this hotel! I reserved a room from July 8-11 through Hotels.com. I got a confirmation number and all. Then once I called Holiday Inn Express & Suites Raleigh West, they informed me they overbooked and they didn't have any rooms available for us. No problem! Hotels.com put us in a different hotel and Holiday Inn Express said they would cancel the reservation so we wouldn't be charged. 2 days later I see a charge of $185.72 on my credit card for a "Cancelation fee". I called them, spoke to the manager named Terry and she informed me they would take care of the charge and process the refund. I have called every other week since July and to this day they haven't refunded the fee. Last time I spoke to Terry on September 1st she blamed the delayed refund on the accounting team that was on vacation, she said she would get it resolved by the next day and she would call me. Again, she never called me and never resolved the problem! I have even reached out to corporate twice and they would also blame the problem on someone else and not provide any help. I got tired of all the BS and disputed the charge with my bank. Worst customer service ever!

  We stayed here for one night on a 3 day trip back home to GA. The published reviews all said “wonderful”, so how could you go wrong with that. This hotel has easy access from the highway, incredibly close to restaurants in close by shopping centers. Find a minute you walk in the staff are genuinely nice and kind and go out of their way to help and welcome you. The hotel from the lobby to the guest rooms are clean, bright, welcoming, well just everything you would expect from a modernized hotel. I am a Marriott person through and through, however, on this trip to drop our daughter off at college way up north we figured let’s give a Holiday Inn express a try to save money. Well, this is the second property we stayed at along the ride and we were not let down one bit. The rooms have blackout shades and I mean they are blackout so except for the light coming underneath the door you get a real comfortable sleep, especially in a comfortable bed. We have our dog with us and she slept well. This property has a dog station outside with poop bags and garbage cans in an area, which is good for sniffing. Your dog will know exactly which other dog was there, but it is clean so you don’t need to worry about stepping in another dog’s business. (Smile) If you like quality coffee, they have Costa branded coffee that grinds and bruise one cup at a time. So before you leave, fill up your to go cup for the car and it will stay hot for sure. The the breakfast was definitely good with a healthy choice of yogurts and hard-boiled eggs, and then regular cheese, omelettes and egg white cheese omelettes with vegetables. However, my favorite that I have come to enjoy so far in the Holiday Inn is there pancake machine, it’s the same one that you would find in a Tru by Hilton. All in all if you’re looking for a hotel for one night or multiple nights, this is definitely a property for it. Now I did not use the Fitness room this time around, but they do have quality exercise, equipment, and free weights. There is a Sheetz gas station next-door and O’Reilly auto parts as well. In the event you’re missing something for your car.
