- SNShena NelsonOct 6, 20265.0I wanted to take a moment to recognize Dee at the front desk for the exceptional service she has provided during my stays. I have been traveling to Raleigh for a class for approximately six weeks and have stayed at this hotel each time. From the beginning, Dee has made a genuine effort to get to know me and always makes me feel welcome when I arrive. She has such a warm, friendly personality, and her customer service truly stands out. What impressed me most happened during one of my recent stays when I wasn’t feeling well. I came downstairs, and Dee immediately noticed that I wasn’t myself. She took the time to ask if I was okay and if there was anything I needed. It may have seemed like a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me. She didn’t ask because she had to—she asked because she genuinely cared. Dee is phenomenal at what she does. Her kindness, attentiveness, and ability to make guests feel valued are exactly what great hospitality should look like. After staying here week after week, she has consistently made my experience better, and I wanted to make sure she receives the recognition she deserves. Thank you, Dee, for always making me feel welcome and for simply being an amazing person!

- DHDaniel HartmannSep 28, 20265.0A localização é muito boa para quem viaja de carro. Tudo muito organizado e limpo. A academia é bem estruturada, com equipamentos adequados para cardio. A recepcionista foi muito atenciosa.
- CCClaytonSep 24, 20265.0Came to Raleigh for an A-Surface water class and I must say miss Dee made my stay one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had , she greeted me and everyone with a beautiful smile and made me feel like I was home . I don’t know if I’ve ever had a hotel receptionist with the vibes she displayed ! The room was clean, the breakfast was warm and a lot more than I expected. All in all if they could be given a sixth ⭐️ on the ratings it would be be cause of Dee
